Reminded of why I stopped eating there years ago. Most of the seafood was under cooked and / or cold. Waitress was extremely busy though the dining room was nearly empty, overheard her say she was performing double duties as she was also responsible for to go orders. The dining room was filthy and the glasses had residue on them. Potatoes were not done. Lobster was not up to the lowest of standards and all of this took over an hour to arrive to the table. Swee tea was delicious!

Let me start with my waitress Aiyanna was great !!!
There was no host at the front for about 4 minutes and when he did show up (no it was not packed and he said my fault i didn’t see you come in) I wasn’t greeted. I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Aiyanna as my waitress (like I stated earlier) who was very attentive and professional. The food came out quickly and for the most part spot on. The Cajun chicken pasta (which was recommended by my waitress) was extremely good. The cheddar Bay biscuits were fresh out the oven and perfect.
My complaint would be whomever cut the lettuce for the salad literally gave my almost the whole end/root of it.
I would go back if I was in the area.

Great food! Had no wait time whatsoever. Had a really sweet waiter, unfortunately he was not very knowledgeable and what they had on the menu. I figured he must have been new. Restrooms like really neat and clean and definitely stocked.

They were out of just about everything to start with, but what really topped it off everybody at our table complained about their food being cold. For the amount of money that the food cost portion sizes could be a little bigger. Thank God for the free biscuits otherwise we wouldnt have even gotten full. The cooks need to do better period and that’s just the truth. #regroupRedLobster

My waitress was PHENOMENAL!!! I miss having such a great dining and experience and they delivered just what I needed. The manager was attentive and made sure everything went well. The chef even came out to make sure our food was cooked the way we requested. (My mother doesn’t like her Brussel sprouts crispy) they broiled them and made sure they were soft for her.
Long story short they level of service has not changed with this restaurant. I will be going back asap.

Loved it! Me and my family went there for my birthday and the food was awesome! I ordered the “Wild caught snow crab legs” and they were amazing. The wait I admit was a little longer than expected but good overall. The waiters and waitresses were nice and respectful. Service speed was fast but with a little wait. Nothing terrible. They came out with ICE CREAM for my birthday. They sang Happy birthday to me and everything. Definitely worth visiting! Will eat here again!

Our waitress was fantastic, Our food was good, except that their famous fresh baked biscuits didn’t come out until our meal was almost finished. The atmosphere was ok, but their air conditioning was on and we were freezing. We asked to be moved so it wasn’t directly blowing on us.
