Red Lobster Review: A Feast to Remember
From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and full of Southern charm. The bartending was top-notch, and the food? Absolutely delicious. We ordered the Ultimate SpendLESS Shrimp Special, and wow… it was a huge plate. So generous, we had to take some home!

Hadn’t been in awhile and it brought back some fond memories. Food was hot, well but not o well seasoned and a very nice proportion. Pri es was pretty good.

West Montgomery Cross Rd, Savannah GA location. Waited an hour for our food to be served for the two of us. Others had the same problem. Steaks were burnt on the outside and bleeding raw inside. They were supposed to be medium well The rice was Luke warm at best. Our waiter was the most polite in the establishment and he did his best to take care of his customers. Spoke with the manager and assured her we would not be coming back as this was our first time eating here and was not happy we couldn’t eat our meals.
One of the hostesses was discussing problems with the waiter, which isn’t something that should be done with customers present and able to hear. That was very unprofessional.
They’re telling anyone coming in there’s a 45 minute wait, at least, when they’re not busy. They are also telling some people they tried calling them but one couple let it be known they never called.
This by far has been the worst restaurant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

We decided to go to Red Lobster for lunch. We should have turned around upon seeing the filthy glass doors. Our waitress, who was sick and had totally lost her voice, greeted us as well as she was able. brought us some of the famous cheddar biscuits that were rock hard and impossibly greasy. I can’t imagine a restaurant allowing a waitress that obviously sick wait on customers. Since those were inedible, they brought out some “fresh” ones. A bit softer but not lacking any of the grease. I wanted a lunch special they offered but they would not substitute broccoli for the fries. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi lunch that was so tiny it was more of an appetizer. I asked for some pasta to go with it but the manager would not sell it separately. Finally they did bring a cupful that they charged $6 for. We used the restroom that I believe hadn’t been cleaned for at least a week on the way out. Just looked up the health dept. score for Red Lobster in Savannah. 59 Unsatisfactory

I normally love Red Lobster! But not this one. Waited over an hour and my food came out cold… not happy with my visit to this restaurant. They said they were “busy” but why have all the tables you have if you can’t handle it when it’s “busy”

2-stars because the food was just ok after we waited an eternity to get it. The atmosphere is really dark and the restaurant smells musty. Service was so slow and there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. Our waitress disappeared, never came back to refill our drinks. We had to ask the guy who brought us the food to get refills and order another round. After spending almost $250 for ok food and terrible service, I will not be back anytime soon. There are so many good restaurants in Savannah, dont waste your time here.

I just have to tell you how this place has gone down hill. I do not know who’s bright idea it was to let your manager Ben go but this new management team is terrible and doesn’t care about the restaurant at all. We came there for lunch the other day and was hoping to see Ben as he always is there with a smile and a warm greeting. We were told he doesn’t work there anymore. Our server was pleasant but could not get our order right. We had to send back our food twice. The first order was completely wrong and our server took it back. You could here the loud mouth cook yelling at her in the dining room. The next order came out and it was just thrown on the plate it looks like they tried to reuse the same order we sent back. I was so upset i asked to speak to a manager but they could not be bothered to come speak to us. They stood at the bar area just joking around the female manager just said we did not have to pay and could leave. I am 65 years old and have never been dismissed like that in my whole life. I will never return to this establishment as i can see how the new management feels about its guests.

My husband and I went to Red Lobster in Savannah, GA on Saturday, February 14. We had to wait an hour I figured that was because of Valentines Day. The hostess asked for my name and number. When we returned after the hour was up which was about 7 pm our table was still not ready. I asked the hostess is my table ready? I never received a text. She told me to wait a few minutes. I gave her a few minutes and then went right back to her. I asked is my table ready. She replied you are after the customer we are trying to get in touch with. So they led us to our table. It took 15 minutes for our waiter to come take our order. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and two waters. Our entrees were grilled salmon. The waiter bought our drinks and our calamari. The calamari was greasy and rubbery with no flavor. It took him another 10 more minutes to bring us bread. The bread had no cheese and was falling apart. The bread just tasted like biscuits. After 15 minutes the waiter came and said our food was almost finished. After that we waited for another 45 minutes still no food. We asked for the manager. She was of little help. We told her the situation she apologized. She went to see if our food was ready, it was not! So we left the manager took a little off of our bill. We never received our food! This was the worst experience. They were telling customers they had a 3 hour wait. They were actually turning people away! What kind of restaurant does that!
