Had a sea food boil n mushrooms Mac n cheese n 4 alcohol drinks a salad n fish n chips… the food was good but lobster was over cooked n the mushrooms were very small but tasty n the drinks were good n strong but the drinks were ruined by the rotten pineapples the waitress lay lay was great n I told her about the fruit n she gave me more rotten fruit I tried it but I was scared… it was 168.00 n salad was outstanding n fish n chips were good just not enough fries. Mac n cheese was also great drinks were served n strong. The boil my friend got was over cooked old bay style the shrimps and lobster was also over cooked. The sweet tea was served hot… so was the one we took home. Here r some pics I took. Not of all the food just the good stuff n rotten pineapples.

Biscuits was very good as usual. Sailor Platter was great. Shrimp Alfredo wasn’t creamy enough but it was a fulfilling size plate. #60207. Service was wonderful, and Pam was excellent and attentive. She made sure we were satisfied. Great job Pam

Ms. Nan is a wonderful waiter. She was polite, kind, and just a beautiful person. Her kindness she showed us today means more to me and sister than she will ever know. We will definitely return and hope to have Ms. Nan again with us!!! And last but not least are drinks and food we’re amazing

Tried to talk about issue with manager tiko and she argued with me saying food was available when the server told me so we had to get a mix of 2 dishes for a celebration dinner. Food entree item wasn’t available so server replaced the meal with partial bits of the original meal and meat from the lobster shrimp pasta. 9/13.

I prefer the Walton Way location over the Washington Road location any day. The food is always well seasoned and is served hot . Overall the service is good and the food comes out in a timely manner !

Alexandria my server was amazing, service is always great and make my lunch break enjoyable! For some reason today I found a “bone” in my salmon which the manager just told me sometimes it tends to happen in not the most unprofessional way, not a big deal but never have had this happen specially with a salmon fillet !

Do not go here for any special occasions because it will ruin your evening! We had a reservation for a large party to celebrate my sister in law’s upcoming wedding. We were seated quickly but it took a while to get service. It was busy (Valentine’s Day) so we had a lot of grace for the staff. Despite our patience and understanding, we ended up with half the table still not being served their meals 3 hours after being seated. The waitress finally realized that the kitchen had lost our ticket (???). The best the manager could offer was to put our meals into go boxes so we could go home. The manager comped a few meals for all the wasted time and our ruined evening and we still ended up paying over $700 for half of us to go home and eat out of a to-go box. We have many family members in the restaurant service industry and we tried to be gracious but that was such a slap in the face.
They need to do some retraining or better hiring. Our waitress was kind and my family still tipped but we all agreed that this was the absolute worst restaurant experience any of us have ever had.

I had another self-care date at Red Lobster on Walton Way, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite as great as my previous one. The drink wasn’t the best it could have been, and the service was lacking compared to the fantastic experience I had last time with Allison. My waiter didn’t ask any specific questions, so I had to clarify and correct my meal. That being said, I still enjoyed my time and the food, which was on point. I’m giving this review a 4 because my past visit was truly amazing, but I can’t say the same for this one. Coach says stayfocused.✌

Loved everything about my experience. Everyone from the door to servers were nice, happy, and positive. My server, Shakira was awesome! Food was on point from start to finish. I even got a birthday card from the staff. 10/10 absolutely recommend!! We’ll Be Back!!
