The nostalgia of Red Lobster ran high and was a sweet reminder of visits years ago. It’s likely been 20 years since I visited this location and remember date nites and family celebrations with the infamous cheddar biscuits and shrimp scampi.
The decor was modest, aged but familiar. Nautical themed images and heavy wood paneling with sticky tables. I think the raised platform where we would sneak Midori sours and Goldslagger shots was still present from the late 90s. This location hasn’t seen modifications in a long minute. The 3 sad little lobsters even looked like they’ve been there huddled in the front entrance tank since I was in high school. Poor things.
The menu’s been updated a bit to include more current items (boils, bags like at the Juicy Crab), but beware there’s add-on charges for everything.
The food was good but not worth the prices. The lobster dip appetizer had zero flavor, the cheddar bay biscuits were great, the crab was delightful but the potatos were rubbery and hard.
I would love for the company to elevate and modernize with a throwback nod to the past. Let’s add some new flooring,get rid of the dirty ceiling tiles, update the asthetics, modernize the menu with local fish specialties and/or seafood dishes… time to build creative new menu items!
Overall it was a fun, blast from the past dinner.

Service was great, food didn’t have flavor. I asked for Cajun mild and it taste like plain seafood. It had sauce but the sauce didn’t have flavor. I spent $100 not worth it. Pasta was plain too.

I had a delightful experience at this Red Lobster! I was actually next door shopping at the suit store and decided to pop in for one of their famous biscuits. As soon as I walked in, the manager Derek greeted me warmly and offered me three biscuits for free. I wasn’t initially hungry, but after tasting them, I just had to go back in for some soup! My server, Damien, was absolutely fantastic—polite, quick, and great to chat with. The restaurant itself was spotless, quiet, and had lovely music, making for a seamless and enjoyable meal. Brought my mom here for her birthday (after Pappadeaux’s completely dropped the ball!) and our experience was awesome. I’ve been to this location for years and experienced great service and not-so-great service, but this particular visit was great. Our waitress, Alora, was an absolute doll. So kind and helpful, she had a great energy. Literally only leaving this review for her because she made this experience 5 star! I hope all her days are amazing and all her tables tip 30%!

I have two great experiences back to back at this Red Lobster. Patricia has taken amazing care of my mother and I along with my 5yo twins. She is patient, anticipates our needs and is always there when you need something.
Additionally, today was made extra special upon entry when the manager greeted us and offered to let the kids meet a lobster. And we’re even provided these certificates. Since the lobsters are the highlight of their visits this was a huge win!

Met a high school friend 1/2 way. First time visit at this location. They had new menus, only out 1 week. Same great cheese biscuits, liberally served. We wanted to visit & catch up, so we stayed, continuing to enjoy drinks for hours. Our waitress knew just when to check on us and when not to. She was positive, congenial and prompt with the extra service & attention we requested.

Doyle is the best host there is. Super fun to talk with and always has a smile. There needs to be more Doyles in the world. I’d like to add that the new manager, Derek Hill is a wonderful addition to Red Lobster. He is friendly and always stops to check on us every time. We will be back!
