The lobster tail with butter was delicious. They also have an excellent selection of premium sides. The waitress who took my order was very friendly and gave plenty of their house bread. Also, to my surprise, the place has plenty of seating – great for family dinners

The service was so under staffed the hostess actually tried to talk us into leaving because she didn’t want to seat us. Our server was nice and polite but not attentive. The roasted garlic seafood bake was delicious but they somehow cooked bland Alfredo for the misses.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with a family member. The place was clean and had a good vibe. The service was great. There were 10 people in the party and everyone was well taken care of. The food was good, but missed the mark for what I was expecting. I ordered the crab Alfredo linguini. The dish had a good amount of crab meat, but lacked that smooth cream taste I was hoping for. I did order a side of crispy brussel sprouts that was fantastic!

I have tried this Red Lobster several times and it never get better. Last night we ordered All you can eat shrimp. Thinking it is something that should be a hit! The Shrimp Scampi came out cold and plentiful, one of the side dishes we ordered with the meal was RICE and the rice was hard. Tried to the rice back for some that was cooked and more seasoned but was told that was the last of the rice. The Ceasar Salad had more of the salad head then salad. Overall, not an enjoyable dinner. Why would you sit someone at a table that has chunks of food on the floor? When prepping a table for the next guest to be seated PLEASE make sure the table is clean and the floor underneath the table is tidy. The waitress was not bad to be handling the bar and tables outside of the bar. I commend her for her service considering how busy she was, but the FOOD was HORRIBLE!

The atmosphere is inviting and very crowded on my visit. I ordered ahead for take-out. Although, I had to wait longer than I anticipated, but the wait staff was amazing. Kudos to the whole staff.

Obviously they had staffing issues ,the young server was clearly over worked. She forgot to keep my water glass full and forgot about us due to having 10 tables to serve. Unlike my 30 year old son I am not going to pay big dollars for simple food. Enjoyed my visit but feel 1 peice of fish and a small portion of fries is not 17 dollars worth of food.

This is eleven dollars worth of seafood mushrooms? No seafood, just breadcrumbs. Soup spoon for scale. And our salad and biscuits are missing. And one of our sides is missing. $100 FAIL

Service is consistent, efficient and genuinely friendly, whether it’s mad busy or slow. Restaurant is clean, food is nice and the staff even remembers its return customers. Good service is hard to get nowadays but when people like the Red Lobster staff take the time to do it regardless, it really stands out.

The shrimp Alfredo was served with some of the shell and the tail left on. We told the waiter and he said that’s how they cook shrimp Alfredo now. Not good. But the other food was delicious!
