Tammy was an amazing server! She had such a positive attitude and kept us laughing the whole time. She was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who is both so friendly and so on top of their job. We dined in at the Red Lobster in Canton, GA and had a great experience. The service exceeded our expectations. Warm cheddar bay biscuits served immediately. My husband and I both ordered shrimp platters and a salad. The salads were crisp and fresh and the shrimp would melt in your mouth. Just as Important was the service and Ms. Lori was super friendly and observant, attending to us without us having to ask. She was an amazing hostess. Thank you Red Lobster for stepping up your game and for finding such wonderful hostesses! We will definitely be back.

Today, my grandson and I stopped in to Red Lobster expecting a wonderful meal, and as usual, we were not disappointed. This was our first time dining at this particular Red Lobster, and I have to say our waitress, Caroline, was exceptional.
I thought old-fashioned, attentive service was a thing of the past, but she made our dining experience feel like we were in a five-star restaurant. She wasn’t overbearing — it was all the little touches and going above and beyond with our requests that truly stood out.
We enjoyed our meal so much tonight that I had to come home and write about it.

My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner because she loves shrimp. Our party included 14 guests, evenly split between adults and children. Shortly after being seated, one adult noticed a bug near the window. While concerning, we handled it ourselves.
After our food arrived, another adult noticed a bug on the wall behind our table. As we were finishing our meal, additional bugs were discovered—one in the bread and another on a lobster dish. At that point, we notified our waitress, who then informed the manager. Both appeared genuinely disturbed by the situation; however, there was minimal acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. A 10% discount was applied, but given the circumstances—especially involving food contamination—this response felt insufficient.

Kelly was awesome and our food was great! We walked in on Christmas Day after visiting Burnt Mountain and were immediately seated! Could not have arrived at a better time. Kelly was very attentive! We never had to ask for anything. The lemon basil mahi is a new dish and it tasted absolutely fantastic! Very fresh and refreshing taste. The fried flounder was just as tasty! The restaurant was clean and everyone seemed very friendly. The bathroom was also very clean. Huge shout out to the management at this location! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back when I’m in the area. Be sure to ask for Kelly and the Lemon Basil Mahi with rice.
