Tomorrow the gym ♀️
We arrived at 5:50 PM and did not leave until after 8:20 PM due to multiple service issues. Our server mentioned she was new, which we completely understood and were patient about. However, she forgot to put our order in, causing a full hour delay before our food was even started.
We also did not receive everything we ordered, and our check was repeatedly incorrect. Despite the series of mistakes, there was no sense of urgency or accountability. The manager did not appear concerned and was unhelpful in resolving the situation.
Mistakes happen especially with new staff but professionalism is shown in how those mistakes are handled. Instead, we still had to pay for food that we did not enjoy after waiting nearly three hours.
Very disappointing experience overall.
The new Red Lobster menus is nice and inviting with their new menus and menu items.
But like I’ve always said… There’s more open plate space at this restaurant than food on the plate.
I’m very disappointed!!!!
I ordered a Seafood broil bag, priced at $43.00.
I asked the waitress if the bag came with 2 clusters of crabs legs, and she said.. Yes… My wife ordered the crab clusters plate with potatoes. Her plate was served with 2 nice size clusters of crab. My broil bag came with 1- 1/2 pound clusters of crab legs. The food presentation was undesirable. The portions were very small the cluster was small.
I chose to send my plate back because what was served as a meal was not worth the price that was advertised.
Waste of time and money…
But the wife was full…
