This location is usually one of our favorites; However, I don’t know if it’s due to short staff or just don’t care anymore about the customers. But our food and drinks were not that great! We were seated and the waitress took our order. She brought bread with no small plates, stated they were waiting for “dishes to get done in the dishwasher”. Next our appetizer came out, still no small plates. She then brought out our drinks, two frozen classic margaritas, that looked as if the ice was scraped from the bottom. Finally 25 minutes later our main course was brought out, the food was little cold, and one of the orders had brusselsprouts and salmon, it looked as if the salmon was broke off instead of cut. We don’t know what happened, but it was not the usual great hot beautifully plated food and drinks. The customer service from the waitress was great, sweet young lady. But she isn’t the cook nor the bartender!!

Seafood chain that isn’t worth it. We finally gave our local Red Lobster a try after getting gift cards. The food was fine (nothing special) and a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. The place was clean and modern, but the service was TERRIBLE. Took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the front host and another 10 to be seated, despite the early evening and ample seating throughout. Our table server behaved as if they hated we were there and was rude throughout the meal. When we asked for an additional side order, the server literally loudly sighed in front of us. The food was brought out quickly, and otherwise everything was fine. Would not recommend this location and probably wouldn’t recommend Red Lobster in general.

Service and atmosphere (at the bar anyway) are always great! Unfortunately they changed the yummy butterfly coconut shrimp to these mushy, weird coconut shrimp “bites”. Other than that, my husband and I really do not have any complaints! The $20 unlimited shrimp deal is perfect and allows you to try many kinds of their shrimp! Definitely will be back!

Nice clean location, our server was friendly and attentive. The biscuits were good and fresh. All the other food was mediocre, we had to send a couple items backs to be fixed over. We ordered the ultimate feast which was decent but the crab legs were cold, the Cajun chicken Alfredo was missing the Cajun season and bland. The lettuce was not fresh and we ordered a burger which was overcooked. I would not recommend this location or Red Lobster period.

Was in the mood for cheddar bay biscuits. Nice and friendly staff all around. The popcorn shrimp portion is rather small (see picture). The entrées were a good size. Food tasted fresh. Ms. Wanda was nice and attentive waitress.

A good dining experience can make your day! From the moment I arrived and was nicely greeted and seated by Brian to the impeccable, courteous, and professional service that I received from Ermias to the cook who prepared a hot, well seasoned, delicious meal, to Dijah who wished me well as I was leaving the restaurant, all I can say is THANK YOU AND WELL DONE!!!
