Hadn’t been here in a long time! Biscuits are just like I remember. The fried shrimp was much better than my last few visits prior. The claim chowder was amazing like I remember it. The prices are much higher (everything in life is). They no longer have French or Catalina dressing! That was huge for me. The service was slow but the waiter was sweet. I would possibly return.

So much disappointment regarding a dining experience my husband, sister, and I had last night at this establishment during the Lobsterfest promotion.
We were seated relatively quickly, which was appreciated. However, the remainder of the experience declined steadily and significantly.
After waiting approximately 15–20 minutes, our waitress, Seana H., came to take our drink order. When my sister asked basic questions about the drink menu, she was told, “I don’t work behind the bar so I’m not required to know what’s in the drinks.” This response immediately set an unprofessional tone.
I then attempted to order “The LOB Star” drink, primarily for the promotional red shaker. We were told the drink could not be made due to the absence of Hennessy. So I politely asked whether a substitute could be used so I could still receive the shaker. The waitress consulted a manager, and both returned with a flat refusal. We even offered to purchase the cup with any beverage, including water, but were still refused. No alternative or suggestion was offered. The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive.
Despite this, we proceeded to order our meals. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm and incomplete. My sister did not receive the macaroni and cheese she ordered, which was specifically requested without bacon due to dietary restrictions. A kitchen staff member later informed us they were out of bacon mac and cheese, despite the fact that she had not ordered it with bacon in the first place.
My husband ordered asparagus as an upcharge side along with a lobster baked potato. He was instead served a plain potato with no toppings, which was not what was ordered. When the asparagus finally arrived, the first piece he cut into still had the inedible woody stalk attached.
We asked to speak with the same manager again and showed her the asparagus. Her response was to ask, “Is that the only one that is inedible?” we was surprised that he was being asked to prove an obvious issue rather than having it addressed. At that point, the experience had become exhausting rather than enjoyable.
We immediately requested the check, paid, and left.
We have been a longtime fan of Red Lobster, especially the biscuits, but this experience has seriously changed my perception of the brand. Between the lack of product knowledge, inflexible management responses, missing and incorrect food items, and dismissive service, the visit fell far below the standard I have come to expect.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it is taken seriously and used to improve training, service standards, and guest experience. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on how this matter will be addressed.

Matthew the bartender was EXCELLENT. He greeted us as soon as we sat down. Less than 30 seconds which is outstanding. He guided us through the menu made recommendations, and took all of our orders without worrying anything down and made zero mistakes. He followed up with us to ensure everything was great. This was a fantastic experience, and it was very specifically fantastic because of Matthew. I’ve worked in restaurants for 26 years from the dishwasher to the GM, and employees like Matthew are hard to come across.

Best experience! I’ve been coming to Red Lobster for years. When I tell you that the food was divine. The Admirals Feast was a win! Freshly cooked crispy fish, shrimp, clam strips and scallops. Even the drink was so good. Big shooutouts to the Waiter Ivan. Thank you so much!

Great food and even better vibes! I highly recommend the Lobster dip—it was definitely the highlight of the meal.
​Our server Zaria, was fantastic. She gave us some excellent recommendations and had such a genuine, positive energy that made the whole experience better. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great eats and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a special day coming off my fast and Red Lobster was my choice. Matthew my waiter made sure things were in order. Fantastic service! He was polite when I said my Brussels sprouts were not fully cooked and he brought me sauce when he thought there wasn’t any for the sprouts.

What can I say?! I love my bartender, Theo! From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed! He made me feel like I was at a local pub “where everybody knows my name”! Happy hour is indeed happy. Food is great, service is awesome!!!!
