Vicki was an awesome server and the food was so good. Had the salmon, broccoli and fries and of course the biscuits everything was cooked perfect and came out quickly. My kids loved the Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes!

I have not visited Red Lobster in almost 20 years. I have to say I was very impressed tonight. The food was fast, hot, fresh and amazing! We had one of the best waitresses I think I’ve ever had in my 50 years. Tynia was so pleasant , friendly and accommodating. There was a male waiter there as well and and just listening to him interact with his tables I could tell he was just as wonderful. Kudos for going above and beyond our expectations. We eat out alot and always have a hard time finding something new which is why we decided to try Red Lobster tonight after all these years. It did not disappoint and we will be back.

We got there about 715 pm. Didn’t get drinks or bread until almost 830. Food came out. I was given the wrong tray. Received the right one then hubby and I each didn’t get any of our side orders. I also requested no door cream on my baked potato and was given sour cream. Only reason I have 3 stars bc the steak and drinks were good. Everything else could use more seasoning. The lobster only had parsley on top.

Our family of 10 celebrated a family members 80th birthday and the RL team was super friendly and accommodating. Even though they were short staffed, our waitress was awesome, got all of the orders right. The food was hot and delicious, and we appreciated the chef coming out so we could greet and thank him. The RL team treated us like family and we sincerely thank them for making this celebration great.

I ordered take-out. The person who took my order and brought my food to me was wonderful. As a matter of fact, everyone was kind and followed up with me as I waited. But, the food on the other hand was disappointing.
The chwddar bay biscuits were extremely hard and burned on the edges. There was lobster in my lobster & shrimp pasta. The shrimp in what was supposed to be lobster & shrimp pasta was so overcooked that it was like chewing rubber. The crispy brussel sprouts were very good (just needed reheating), and the lobster tail was just okay. The baked potato was slightly under baked. The food was cold by the time I got home. Not warm, but cold. Because the staff was sooo kind, I probably will go back, but I won’t do take-out…I’ll dine-in.

My server, Britney was absolutely amazing. I came in a few days ago. She was the only server on the floor, taking back to back table, and she was staying on top of it. The food came out a little late, but to be expected with only one server all in all it was a 10 out of 10 experience just because of Brittany I highly recommend coming here and asking for her. She’s the best server I’ve ever had!! And the new Christmas drinks are to die for definitely recommend

Our waitress Jazey was amazing. She accommodated my shellfish allergies (which was hard, we came for a birthday dinner). I was explained all the ingredients to make sure I had a safe dining experience. Our food was served with a perfect timing and have a delicious meal!
