I had a truly wonderful experience at Red Lobster, made exceptional by the outstanding staff. Our server, Dee Dee, was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times and made us feel genuinely cared for.
The drinks were equally impressive. Ken, the bartender, crafted flavorful, well-balanced cocktails that added an extra touch of enjoyment to the evening. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
What really stood out was Carla, the manager, who took the time to make rounds and personally check on guests. Her presence showed strong leadership and a true commitment to excellent service.

Birthday celebration for myself with my mom and son. As appetizer we enjoyed the crab quest with tortilla chips. My son created his own meal kids mac and cheese with fries and side of popcorn shrimp definitely enjoyed it all. My mom had the flounder with baked potato and asparagus I had the Mariners seafood boil. The boil wasn’t to my liking the sausage was very spicy. Overall the experience was good our waitress was okay could have come to check in more. I also enjoyed a refreshing Spritzer off the new drink menu. Over all would love to return with a more positive experience

It was a real pleasure to be waited on by Chelsea. She served with such a smile and attention to detail. She constantly checked on us throughout to make sure we didn’t lack for anything and were satisfied with our meal, especially our modifications. We had the cajun chicken alfredo linguine which was served nice and hot. Definitely ask to be placed in her section when coming here. We throughly enjoyed our experience and meal here and will be back.

My wife and I don’t get a lot time together to go out because of our busy schedules. When we do go out every now and again we’ve noticed how customer service and the quality of food has declined in many restaurants in our area since the pandemic, so it was a refreshing surprise to come to this Red Lobster and get great quality food and service.
