My 1st time at this location was about 5 years back & it was a disaster! To my better judgement, I gave it a 2nd chance on 12/12/25 & was definitely not any better. Lets start with there was no front host when we walked in. Waited a while until an employee clocking in for work walked in, saw us & went back to get the host, so we can be seated. Our waitress, biscuits, shrimp appetizer & side salad were all amazing, but when it came to the entrees not so much. My husband said the fish was good with the New Orleans sauce, but his rice was half cooked & zero taste, plus his broccoli was way over cooked, it was mushy. I got the shrimp trio… the waltz shrimp tasted like it was frozen to microwave. The shrimp scampi was all butter, no scampi taste & over cooked (rubber texture), then the pasta in the shrimp alfredo was hard & crunchy around the edges all stuck together like it was old pasta & the middle was overcooked. The alfredo sauce was chunky (like spoiled milk), not creamy…completely disgusting. Couldn’t eat it after the first bite. I did bring it to our waitresses attention, then she went in the back & the supervisor on duty came out but was not very interested in the complaint, picked up my plate and walked away. Not very friendly. The Fayetteville Red Lobster does NOT even compare in good food quality & great customer service, to any of the other Red lobsters we have visited in other states.

We had an amazing experience! Our waitress Jodie was outstanding! She was on top of everything and I do mean everything! We did not have to ask for a thing she was already on it! We had drinks to go with all of our boxes and bags when we were done. The best customer service we have ever experienced! Thank you so much Jodie for making our dining experience exceptional!

My husband and I came yesterday evening on January 21st around 4:30pm. We had an AMAZING time. We had just gotten married and wanted to celebrate with a meal. The lighting was really nice, our server was friendly, had good suggestions, and made sure to take good care of us. The food came out hot and fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. We loved the dinnerware, it was very beautiful and made the food look great. We were given complimentary ice cream to celebrate and the manger even came over to check on us. We wanted to leave the review to let you know that the food here is amazing, hot, and fresh, the staff is incredible, the kitchen obviously cares about presentation and quality, and management does an amazing job to make sure you enjoyed your experience. As two people who have worked in kitchens since we were teens, we can both say Red Lobster is the place to go in Fayetteville for a meal that’s worth paying for. Thank you guys so much for making our night special.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased! We stopped in here for an early dinner before heading to a local concert and from start to finish it was great. The service, the food, the attention we got, all good. I had the Admiral’s Feast and it was delicious. Glad to see this location is back to its high standards!

I wanted to have a great experience. The waitress seemed completely uninterested in us existing, but she got our food out and took our money quickly, so I can’t give her an entirely bad review. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great for lunch time. Iffy on if I’ll come back during lunch time.

The food was overcooked. The lobster was rubbery and hard to pull apart. The surloin steak had no seasoning and was very bland so I was going to put A One on to make it somewhat better. But then they were out at A One sauce so they brought me the dry rub seasoning. They put on the meat like that was going to make it better be very gross and disappointing meal definitely will not be going back. Service was very slow

After Red Lobster’s well advertised revamp, I have been curious to give them a try. Short answer they’re not there yet.

The good: The staff were friendly and professional. The manager was engaged and kept a friendly presence in the dining area. The coconut butterfly shrimp were very tasty.

The bad: The salad dressing they use (both the Caesar and the ranch were a weird mayonnaise flavor that reminded me of the packets you might get at a McDonald’s, but worse. I’m not expecting Michelin Star gourmet dressing. But something on par with Ruby Tuesday’s, Applebee’s, or Jason’s Deli should be expected.

The quality and size of the lobster and crab was disappointing. I have never seen a Maine lobster tail this small. The crab cluster was so small that the two back legs only had a thread of meat in them. The kicker was the $11.99 bacon wrapped scallops. They are technically “scallops” because they served two of them. But at $6 per scallop, these were about 1″ in diameter and completely overcome by the bacon they were wrapped in.

Overall, I will not be returning to this or any other Red Lobster. The problem isn’t the staff, it is their central food purchaser and distribution network.

I had a fantastic dining experience thanks to our wonderful waitress, Kelly. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm attitude and excellent service truly made our visit special. Highly recommend asking for Kelly if you’re dining at Red Lobster!

Ordered through DoorDash. Had to wait 2 hours to get it. By the time I got it, it was cold. 7oz steak looks more like 3 oz. Burnt on the outside and I ordered medium rare. They forgot the crab I ordered. Have no idea what that yellow glop is they gave me. Gravy? I’ll never go to this restaurant and I will definitely never order it through DoorDash.

After reading the reviews I thought ok I’ll take my husband out for his birthday. Our experience was not worth it. The surf & turf was not nothing to write home about. The steak had good flavor but cold and the same with the lobster. I had the shrimp trio, some of the shrimp were overcooked and the shrimp linguine was cold and pasty tasting. Had to take it home to doctor it up. Wow not worth the $90. Service could have been better. Don’t think we will be back ti this one.
