Service was good. Friendly staff. I should have gone for seafood but I was craving for Steak and it was just okay lobster tail was great. Calamari was on the salty side but not too salty. Has limited selection of beers but decent selection for wine.

What you can’t see in photo is lobsters were raw…all food was cold or room temperature, except potatoes. Great service but terrible response from management. He was very keen to comp my meals but no comment about raw food. Great waitress.

(New visit, 10/21/22) Four of us enjoyed a great dinner at Red Lobster last night. We arrived shortly before 7 pm. Dominique was our server. We did experience a bit of a wait (10+ mins.) before our server arrived. The restaurant wasn’t particularly crowded for a Friday evening, but perhaps our server was assigned to a lot of tables. Our food was delicious, cooked properly, fresh, and served at the right temperature. My husband’s steak was cooked correctly, and he is rather particular about his steak! Our server checked on us several times and helped me through the prompts on the tabletop payment app.

My hubby & I ate here during the week of our Exercise Patience convention while staying across the street at the nearby hotel. Since they were undergoing construction and we had a decent parking spot we decided to just walk across to Red Lobster. It was a Thursday evening so not too busy, we were seated right away. Our waitress was a friendly and mature woman who never stopped moving. She was such a great waitress!!! Our food was hot and delicious and she refilled our drinks and water and we never had to ask where she was or when our food was coming out. It had gotten busier by the time we were leaving but our waitress was the best! Would definitely eat here again if we’re in the area.

The food was tasty for the most part. The draft beer had a strange after taste. The service was not great. After requesting waters for the table (4) and 2 beers, they came out about 10 minutes later. The first beer came out about 8 minutes before the other beer. The taps weren’t empty, just slow service. The food came out in good time but 2/4 plates were wrong. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the plate that was returned. Also and possibly the most disappointing…. They only brought 1 basket of bread. I don’t eat it that often so I was really looking forward to it. Sad day. Hopefully it gets better.

2:00 on a Saturday we 4 all ordered fish n chips. One, small piece of over cooked, dried out fish, fries and my coke slaw tasted like it was going bad. Had to spit it out. For $16 you should have 2 pieces.

Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes at the door before anyone ever decided to speak to us. When we get seated, it was another 15 minutes for someone to come to the table. The “manager” finally comes and forgot our wine for another 10 minutes. We asked 4 times for silverware. I finally get my salad and there is a BUG in my salad!! I send it back and she continues to explain how “ she’s seen worse” and “it’s usually hair”. Every time she came to the table, she smelled like a cigarette. The food was awful, my grandma couldn’t even eat her plate. When the bill came, she asks like she did me a favor by taking the salad of my bill!!!! Literally worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy. As a server myself, this was COMPLETELY unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went here twice since moving to Winston Salem, both times the floors stunk so bad it was pathetic. They smelled like the mop head hadn’t been changed in months.The waiter thought he was a football just being cool food took forever. I haven’t been back used to eat a red lobster once a month at least. Never again at least not at this location.

The service was really quick and friendly, we had a fantastic server! Food arrived in really nice time too and everything tasted great. We both got the endless shrimp and the coconut ones are especially wonderful. Brussel sprouts were underdone but otherwise tasted very good. Nice atmosphere inside as well.
