Brought my family here and we were very disappointed. Our server was MIA, like the whole time. No refills, no app plates, and didn’t bring a plate to share a boil. Or even napkins for that matter. No napkins for a boil is crazy. We saw him a total of 4 times in a 2 hour period. We wouldn’t have even stayed that long, but he literally did not come back to the table. It was slow , weekday maybe 2 other tables in the restaurant. Dead quiet. The service was terrible, and the food portions were also very disappointing for the price. We were still hungry after apps and entrees. Why do the potatoes taste like that ? Like they were frozen ???Either way this location needs to talk to their servers. When families come out and spend money on mid food at least the service could be good. We still left 20% this was a table of servers. We will never be back :/

I feel like I have to give this location a shout out tonight. It’s Valentine’s Day. ALL restaurants are bonkers. My husband and I had a 6:30pm reservation. Even with a reservation there was an hour wait. Without a reservation this poor staff had a 3 hour wait. Even with cooks walking out and customers being testy (to say the least) EVERY staff member we came in contact remained friendly, calm, and professional. Our food was amazing. Our drinks were delicious, and our server was genuinely smiling and taking everything in stride. As someone from the restaurant industry I have nothing but appreciation for this location. Y’all were all great and made our night great too!

After 2 exhausting days of medical treatments and exams, our server Amanda made our visit extra warm and comforting. Exceptional service, wonderful recommendations, and treated us with care as if we were family. Wonderful place with amazing food and a warm and welcoming staff, cannot recommend this place enough!

I was very disappointed. The wait time was awful and there were only about 6 tables being served on a Friday night. It took 40 minutes to get an appetizer, 30 minutes to receive a side salad that I ordered with my entree and after about 50 minutes the entree came out which I declined because the appetizer (crab stuffed mushrooms) were terrible. This place needs more structure and someone that cooks with love because I dont know what the milky ocean this was.

The highlight was the biscuits. Hot and delicious! The rest of the soup and salad lunch special was sub-par. The soup was cold and very salty. The salad dressing was ranch but had a very strange taste. The restaurant is dark so we didn’t really notice when we walked in but when we sat down it was clearly not clean. Rating was 91. Very disappointing

We were here to use a gift card we received from corporate as compensation for a bad experience we had at Red Lobster in Hawaii.

We arrived about 6:30 on Friday. The young man at the front stated he’d seat us momentarily. It didn’t seem too busy for a Friday evening.

We soon discovered that the young man that seated us would also be our server. His name is Andrew. He was zipping around doing many jobs and taking care of several tables. I acknowledged that he was having to do a lot and he apologized, stating that several employees called out of work. He let us know that he’ll do his best to serve us in a timely manner.

The food was just as ordered and served hot. I tried their new item; shrimp and grits. It was FANTASTIC! Everyone in our party said their food was delicious as well.

We heard Andrew tell new table of guests that they may get slower service than usual and they chose to stay. I think just the acknowledgment ahead of time is really appreciated. Many places are having a hard time keeping staff and we can empathize if we understand the circumstances.

Andrew was so patient with us as we used multiple gift cards, despite the many jobs he was having to cover. We asked to speak with his manager. We shared with Kim that he did an excellent job and how much we appreciated him.

I put “maybe” for whether or not I’d recommend this establishment. I say if you are not in a rush and can be patient with the service, then YES, go. If you’re in a time crunch, I would say this isn’t the place. BUT they are doing the best they can.

Everything was great until we told the waitress that my friend didn’t have her potatoes with her food and that her lobster was tough. She got sissy after that. My friend was joking with her asking if they offered a senior discount, which created more of an attitude. When I tried to ask for to go boxes, she asked what size. I showed her my plate which was barely touched and said one that will hold my whole plate. She came back with 3 half boxes and 2 even smaller boxes for 4 people’s leftovers and an appetizer. We forced all our foods into those small boxes. She returned with our checks and got even more hateful when we asked for desserts to go. Not our best experience with this restaurant to say the least.

This facility is a great example of terrible management. 7:15 reservation with 30-45 minute wait. People still waiting on reservations from 6:30pm an hour or more. Terrible communication from the hoster. 3 hour wait for walk-ins. I was hoping Red Lobster was on the rebound after the fall. Not at this location. I won’t be returning. What’s the point in scheduling a reservation if you have to wait over an hour.

Our friendly waitress provided outstanding service! but the dinner we had was a disaster, my friend ordered a 6 oz filet with grilled onions cooked well done, they cooked it medium rare and cut the center in half and stuffed burnt onions in it, we sent it back and it came back out as a sirloin instead of a filet. The side of Mac n cheese came with noodles barely cooked, I ordered Parmesan crusted chicken and the Parmesan sauce on it was very sour tasting and the chicken was soft and tasted like it wasn’t cooked enough. The manager addressed it and was polite enough to take it off bill. usually always been a better experience before but not tonight unfortunately, I’ll come back eventually and give another chance.

We went there for my mom’s 66th birthday! The food was delicious and fresh! The staff was absolutely amazing! Ileana was our waitress and she did an incredible job especially with our large goofy group! We will definitely be back!
