My family and I ordered through the ubereat app the shipping was fast and it was good what was not good was the food nothing to do with the photos of the applications some meals came cold we ordered extra sauces and they NEVER arrived they came in super large trays for so little food the pasta we ordered brought very few cabins the other pasta tasted like pure inedible cornstarch the only thing that was passable were the squid and the sea boil food otherwise the food was very bad

Service was excellent, food was excellent. The only thing youre ganna complain about it the price but they’re doing all they can to make it worth it. Beautiful and clean restaurant. Restrooms were spotless and even smelled good. Very happy with the whole thing, and while I am now broke I am also fat and happy 🙂 wish I had got the servers name but he was attentive and so very kind.

Food was outstanding and service was even better! We sat by the bar with Kassie and she made us feel right at home. She suggested drinks and executed them perfectly! I’ve never had a better pina colada, recommend us to get crab queso dip and YUM! Checked on us at all the right moments and with a smile every time! She is our new favorite server in Huntington!! My waitress, Raven, was one of the most amazing waitresses I’ve ever met. As soon as I sat down at the table, she instantly greeted me with the warmest smile—as if I was someone she’s known for forever. Raven helped me figure out what is best to eat, and what route I should take with deciding. She constantly checked up on me, and made sure my water was refilled. While I was eating, other waitresses came up and greeted me as well. I believe their names were Megan and Ally? By dessert time, Raven had helped me decide between the Key Lime pie or the Cheesecake. And let me tell you…I’ve never had as good as of cheesecake from anywhere else. It made me want to get out of my seat and just worship dance around the place. By the time I needed to leave, she begged for me to stay, but I told her I needed to go home. It was my time. I truly loved it here.

My boyfriend and I visited the day after Valentine’s Day and Andrew was amazing. He was so kind and helped me figure out what to order. He checked on us frequently and made sure we had plenty of biscuits. Despite how busy it was, he was very attentive.

I used to teach customer service classes many years ago and have written papers on it. I know good customer service when I see it…which isn’t very often in today’s society. My wife will tell you that in all my 54 years, I’ve only seen 5 that were text book perfect…until Saturday, August 2nd. Our server, McKensi was just unbelievable! She was so pleasant and personable. She had a great sense of humor and was extremely patient with us. I always try to pick people apart to find their customer service “mistakes”, but I truly couldn’t find any with McKensi. She also made great eye contact and knew every item on the menu. If the organization that I work for ever takes off our hiring freeze, I’m going to try and steal her away! 🙂
