Visited today with my son and our server Ciara was very sweet and attentive. The entire front of the house staff I encountered were friendly. I got the ultimate feast and my son got the kids fried fish. I gave the food 3 stars because the fried shrimp weren’t every good and the crab legs were either over soaked or steamed. I would go back and get something different.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Lobster in Virginia, and it was all because of our server, Josh. From the moment we were seated, he was delightful, professional, caring, and incredibly thoughtful.
Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being overbearing, made thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. His warm personality and positive attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience.
I was honestly amazed by the level of service he provided. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in what they do. I can confidently say that I will only visit this restaurant if my server is Josh — he made it that memorable.

Literally the best Red Lobster I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I went last night and the service was great. 🙂 Very quick and our waitress was super sweet. I really wish I caught her name but she did a great job!! She was working in the bar area and had some really cool tattoos!! :)The biscuits were 10/10 (I know they are always good but there was something extra tasty about them last night)and the steak and lobster were ridiculously good. Super super pleased with our experience. Thank y’all!

Went to lunch with my son today. They are having Lobster Fest right now. My son got the Lobster Roll, he really liked it. I got the platter with Lobster Tail, Crab Legs, Jumbo Coconut Shrimp & Shrimp Scampi. It was wonderful. Our server was great, very knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. The restaurant is very clean with a great atmosphere. I’ve been here many times, & we’ll be back.

We had a wonderful time. Our server Starla was awesome. She was very attentive and engaging. The atmosphere was nice, not crowded. The lighting affected my pictures, on the other hand, very nice for our lunch celebration . Now, getting to the food… It was SPECTACULAR! The presentation was overwhelming. It was food for royalty. Nothing was overly salty, though it was packed with flavor. The Lobster and Shrimp Pasta was delicious. The sauce was not heavy, perfect to enhance the flavor of the lobster and shrimp. The Roasted Garlic Snow Crab Legs were hot, easy to get the meat out, and so delicious. The Salad was fresh and not too much. The Ultimate Feast with Mail Lobster Tail, Salmon, Shrimp Scampi, Coconut Shrimp with Broccoli, and Baked Potato was phenomenal. The broccoli was tender but not mushy. And the seasoning was addictive. I accidentally dropped one on the table. I wanted to cut off the bottom and eat it, but new I wasn’t at home. Hahaha. The Coconut Shrimp were huge and crunchy. Very delicious with the sweet sauce. The Salmon was very tender, fluffy, tasty… Off the chain, if you dip it in the Shrimp Scampi butter. WOW! I dip the crab legs in the Scampi butter, too. A whole ‘nother level. And the Lobster tail was tender and the flavor was wonderful. Yes, I tried it in Scampi butter. Both tasted great. We had Cheesecake Bliss and Chocolate Wave to go. Both were delicious. I tried a bite of cheese cake with Chocolate Wave with drizzle chocolate… Bam Over the top. Sorry for writing delicious so much. It truly was exceptionally seasoned without too much salt. The experience was 10 out of 10. A Birthday Meal to remember .

Our family is visiting Lynchburg and upon looking for somewhere to go for dinner we landed on Red Lobster and we are so glad we did. We truly had the best experience. The restaurant was able to quickly accommodate our group of 9. The food was absolutely delicious and the famous biscuits hit per usual! The staff was so friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. Heather, our waitress, was top notch, seriously. She made frequent stops at the table to make sure we had everything we needed, ensured we never ran out of biscuits, and was very patient while the nine of us talked over each other. On top of that, she was extremely charismatic and made conversation with all of us, connecting with us about her dogs or whatever else we were talking about. Highly recommend this Red Lobster and ask for Heather to be your waitress !!!!

Been coming to this place since I was a kid, it’s a nostalgic dinner spot for me. Even besides that, the pricing for what you get is fair and the food is great; the quiet , low lit, atmosphere is icing on the cake. More people should continue to show up so that we don’t lose a gem from the past that continues to hit everytime.
