I waited 90 minutes for a takeout order to take home to my family, which was not an huge deal considering how busy the restaurant was, however once we unboxed our order we realized one meal only had 8 shrimp instead of the 12 we ordered. Another meal (see photo) did not come with either of the sides we ordered and consisted of a bunch of fried crumbs with a few edible pieces mixed in. I so enjoy spending $90 on biscuits I guess. Please do better.

Visited this establishment on Valentine’s Day. Although no one else was at the hostess stand waiting to be seated, we still had to wait for employees to finish their conversations before we were recognized. This was a little bit disturbing. Once seated, our waiter was awesome; providing excellent service! The food, however, was not so awesome. Shrimp tasted like it had been sitting for too long. It had some type of an antiseptic-like taste to it; particularly the Shrimp Scampi. I ended up eating only one. Taking note of the fact that this was a hectic day for the restaurant, I will give them another try in the future. Hopefully, my experience will be better.

Had not been to Red Lobster for a long time. After hearing the new CEO vision to revamp the menu I decided to go. I’m glad of this new direction. The food was delicious, very flavorful and hot. Service was great. The choices on the menu had names familiar such as the Admirals Feast (pictured) and new items such as the Seafood Boil (pictured). I believe the other picture was the Shrimp Fest which included shrimp scampi. Of course, the cheddar bay biscuits are the same, always delicious.

Andrew, the manager, and Tony both went above and beyond, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about them. You can truly tell they care. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was the first time we felt unrushed, and we had a really great time. Wonderful branch, friendly staff and overall exceptional service. The waiters and waitresses have always been very friendly and easy going. The manager was hands on and was great assistance to his employees and very helpful. Manuella was very attentive and light hearted. Food is always fresh and made with love. I always have a great experience at Red Lobster in Fairfax, but Manuela is the reason I keep coming back. From the moment you sit down, her hospitality makes you feel genuinely welcome. She’s warm, attentive, and brings such a positive energy to the table that it elevates the whole dining experience.
Not only is the food consistently delicious, but having someone like Manuela taking care of you makes it even better. She checks in at the perfect times, makes sure everything is just right, and does it all with a smile that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.

Went for a nice Friday lunch and had a great meal. Had the new Ultimate Spendless shrimp and loved it. Fun having three different dishes on one plate. Nice presentation and flavorful. Cheddar Bay Biscuits crazy good as always. Service was quick and friendly.

Have been coming here for years, as of recently I feel it’s been a better experience. Food was great, staff is friendly. Joseph was our waiter and was extremely thoughtful and caring, checking in constantly through the our time there. Drinks were amazing and great price.
