Came for the lobsterfest… the food was just OK. Took most of my meal home to doctor it up for a better taste. Service was good. This restaurant needs interior upgrading. Meals were a little overpriced for what you get.

What’s going on with this red lobster. Oh my, we understand when you are short handed, let’s just say that. We go to our table and get seated, I immediately see food on our seats, so I see clean napkins so I use them. The floor is bad there were tables with dirty dishes on them. The servers must have been stretched out across the restaurant. Keep in mind it was around 3pm on Saturday. The only thing I could say was. Come on man. The bathroom could get some attention

I haven’t been to this location in a while. Partly because of moving out of the area. Last time I went, over a year ago, my booth was cleaned properly and I got cut from broken glass on the seat area. This time our server Dale was about average however my meal came out burnt. I sent it back immediately and stated I couldn’t eat it. After waiting for the remake of my meal the new one was still burnt and instead of being on a plate like placed in a bowl. In my opinion I think they may have redid the lobster tails but just dumped everything else from the plate to the bowl. Instead of the shrimp being on the bed of rice it was the salmon. Also, with such an issue a manager never came to try and address my concerns and I was still charged full price for the common meal that was burnt and over $50 dollars. I’m glad I had good company or this would have been a wasted trip!

Good Morning, I ordered at your Salisbury, MD location on Sunday, February 15th. I took a picture of my receipt on my Google Review. Basically I ordered a lobster meal with salmon and grilled shrimp over rice. My sides were loaded mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. When my meal came out the only thing edible was my sides. The lobster tails were burnt and the other seafood items looked overcooked. I immediately sent it back. When the waiter returned with my meal it was no longer on a plate but in a bowl and the salmon was covering the rice. It looked like they attempted to recook the lobster tails but everything else was just dumped in the bowl. One in my party left a tip for the waiter since I paid the bill and I wrote a tip of “Get better cooks”. I still didn’t eat the food. I gave it away. I was perturbed that no manager spoke with me and my bill wasn’t discounted at all.

We hadn’t been for a few years and what a let down! My husband and I took a bite of our biscuit and said at the same time they’re not as good as they were. He got the Admiral’s Feast, and the fish was thin as paper. The bay scallops were the size of a penny. We live in a fishing village and nothing was close. Very overpriced! Our server was very nice but that’s the only good part. Lesson learned won’t go back.

Really enjoyed my meal Wednesday night. My drink and my food came out in a timely manner, was hot and the biscuits were delicious. My waitress Amber was polite, and quick. My dinner came out in a timely manner. My last few visits, I wasn’t so lucky. I will be sure to come back to see Amber for good service and a good meal!

So I waited almost 10 mins to be greeted, when the resturant was pretty empty! That should have been my first sign not to eat here. Once seated by a young lady who walked around the corner on her phone, who looked shocked that I was there. I was seated at a table full of crumbs. The waiter who was in an ill fitted uniform, looked over at me, mind you he did not greet me nor say I will be right with you, but looked and walked away. He came and gave the other table drinks and walked away. I decided that me wasting 15 minutes in an empty restaurant wasn’t worth any more of time or money. I will try Olive Garden across the parking lot. This is really awful to be treated like this in an empty establishment. Where is customer service when you’re hungry?

A group of my friends came out Sunday in hopes of a great night and we got just that. Alicia was amazing!! Never felt like our waitress was a part of our group before until yesterday. So sweet and funny. She was constantly checking in with us and always made sure we had everything we needed. I don’t know if you can request a waitress but if you can, ask for Alicia. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Alicia for an amazing time!!
