We arrived about 50 minutes before closing and were treated like valued guests from start to finish. Jason was incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful — he never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing the staff. Because of his professionalism and kindness, we decided to box up half our food with a few minutes to spare so the team could close on time without cleaning around us.
I truly appreciated Jason’s excellent service and positive attitude so close to closing time. I tipped him well and hope others will do the same — he definitely deserves it! Great experience overall, and I’ll absolutely return.

Uber Eats | Ordered the lobster mashed potatoes , it was different but good and of course the cheddar Bay biscuits are always fire, the cheddar Bay biscuits store box mix when cooked tastes just like the restaurant biscuits. It’s definitely a good recipe enough to order it thru Uber Eats

I hadn’t visited Red Lobster in quite some time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but this experience exceeded every expectation. The biscuits arrived piping hot and even more delicious than I remembered. The crab queso dip was absolutely scrumptious, rich, and perfectly served. Our entrées were solid and satisfying, rounding out a great meal.
What truly elevated the entire evening, though, was our server, Irene. Irene was a delight — warm, bubbly, attentive, and incredibly intuitive. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Because of her exceptional service, we’ll be asking for Irene every time we dine here.

HUGE shoutout to T and Tim at this location. there was a small hiccup with my order 2 days ago and i came in today to get the correct item as i don’t live super close. T was just the absolute sweetest person ever, the customer service overwhelmingly made my entire day. this is what a good business does. Tim is definitely teaching his employees how to make things right. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had not been to Red lobster in years and was pleasantly surprised by the new menu. The seafood boil was bursting with flavor (we mixed 2 seasonings) there was more than enough for two of us. Biscuits just keep getting better and the waitress was very attentive and kind. We will be back soon.

My kiddos had their first visit to Red Lobster today … very nice location. The staff are very welcoming and nice. Bread was tasty. My daughter loved her salmon. My son’s shrimp were just ok, no crisp even though fried. The New Orleans salmon with shrimp was excellent! The rice on the side though was not good – tasted like old rice warmed up and strange flavor. Broccoli was very yummy.

Our server Lesly was amazing!! She was very thorough explaining the menu to us while also recommending the new drinks Red Lobster has promoted. We order the Creat Your Own Ultimate Feast and it tasted exquisite. With the amazing work of the chef and the great service provided by Lesly, I would say me and my husband had an amazing experience. Give this beautiful girl a raise!!!
