Stopped by on Saturday evening Dec 13th , Brandon our server who is also a manager took excellent care of us we had an awesome conversation and we received outstanding service.Food was great, hot and so tasty! Alyssa the GM stopped by and we had a wonderful conversation and told her how much we love coming to this restaurant.. due to the service and the quality of the food!!!. Both of these individuals are an asset to this restaurant!!!! We will be back!!!!

Just got the seafood boil bag. I was really impressed with the bib and tools. It was spicy and good, the only thing my crab cluster was extremely small. And I love crab. Lol! Nice little treat after a long work week!

I’m not sure why or what changed, but this was the best experience we’ve had at this Red Lobster in quite a while. The biscuits were tastier than usual (a little more butter and seasoning), and our seafood boils were served WITH a kit of shirt bib, gloves, wipes, and utensils, which made for a much more pleasant experience with the boils. I had broccoli added to my boil, which Charlotte was happy to do. We had a great server, Charlotte, who was pleasant from beginning to end. She even coordinated a birthday card signed by the waitstaff, personalized for me. What a special touch!

Had dinner at Red Lobster and it turned into such a heartwarming experience. The manager, Brandon, recognized me from way back when I used to work there—it was such a cool surprise! Brought back a lot of memories.
Our server, Charlotte, was so sweet and on point the whole evening. Food came out hot and tasty, just how we like it.

Morgan, our server was pleasant and accommodating. Service was quick. The food was tasty. Brandon, the Manager is quite impressive as well. I see him helping his staff, checking in on diners and is pleasant when interacting with everyone. This is the second time in two months since my husband and I have come for dinner since the new CEO took over. We’re looking forward to coming returning, and are happy to see the comeback – the efforts that red lobster is making.

Went here on a random Thursday. Our waiter Leo was amazing and so accommodating to everything we asked for. The crab legs were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the Alfredo was so creamy and rich. Both dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous.
