I went to this location today with my husband and son, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The waitress seemed very rushed the entire time and didn’t give us a chance to finish speaking when we had questions. Our order came out incorrect — I received a baked potato instead of mashed potatoes — and my son’s food arrived after ours, when it really should have been brought out first. The drinks were overly sweet and not enjoyable. The only thing we truly liked were the biscuits. Overall, it was disappointing.

The Red Lobster has said c’est la vie to the good old days. The atmosphere at your local funeral home would be more lively and somehow less depressing. Wait staff while mostly friendly, had little experience or initiative and the hostess was about to start enacting some chapters of the Kama Sutra. Last, but certainly not forgotten, is the cold, greese soaked, and poor quality food. An abuse of the mouth more violent than your local rub and tug would provide, and somehow less slimey. This location and maybe the whole company is ready for the chopping block, and deserves no mercy.

My daughters and I went to the KOP Red Lobster and the restaurant was practically empty yet we stood for several minutes waiting to be seated or even acknowledged. The host (Angel) eventually came towards the front and looked at us standing there but continued doing whatever so we waited for at least another five minutes. When he finally came over, there was no greeting, apology for the delay, or even a smile. The food quality has gone down tremendously. The pasta was overwhelming saturated with butter and Alfredo sauce to the point that my children barely ate their meals. I requested another pasta Alfredo with less sauce, which was better. My daughter only ate the shrimp in her linguini because it had so much butter. I asked for the manager (Jawanna?) who came out with a scowl and an attitude and refused to take anything off my daughter’s meal because she ate the approximately 6 shrimp in the dish. At the end I paid $75 dollars for terribly prepared food that was barely touched. On our way out we were not acknowledged by any of the workers we walked past. Horrible customer service. The server was fine but otherwise such a disappointing experience at a restaurant we used to enjoy. We will not be returning.

Had an amazing time at Red Lobster I can’t stress that enough! Our server was Deanna and Deanna was awesome!!!!! So sweet and genuine! It’s just something about her spirit please keep her forever! she recommended the Margarita Flight for me and a Sunset Colada for my mom, BOTH were delicious! She suggested the lobster flatbread, bacon-wrapped scallops, and crabby stuffed mushrooms, and they did not disappoint!

We both had the Ultimate Feast and tried the new seafood boil (spectacular, get the garlic butter and Cajun mixed if you like it a little spicy), and we even ended up with dessert thanks to Deanna’s suggestion…so good! And had enough left over to take home! Big shoutout to Erica the manager for checking in and making sure everything was great. Bigger shoutout to whoever made the drinks!

It was my mom’s 47th birthday, and she had the best time. She actually celebrated her 21st here too, so it made the night really special and full-circle for her. Huge thanks to the team for making her day unforgettable!

The highlight of our visit to the Red lobster in King of Prussia was a server named Kathy she’s been there 30 years and gave us the best experience we ever had at any Red lobster all over the United States! My lobster towels were a little overcooked and my shrimp linguini was very bland I think the pasta was overcooked kind of mushy but all of that didn’t matter because my server was amazing and I’ll be back! And I will only sit in Kathy’s section so when you head in there ask for her if she will brighten your entire experience thank you Kathy you are amazing 🙂

We just had lunch here today. Staff was very friendly and food came out fast. Lobster was delicious and so was the claim chowder and calamari. The manager Robert came to see how everything turned out. He was very nice and we had a good time. Would eat here again.

Wow. So I went to the KOP location last week and I had the most HORRIFIC service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. From the time we got there until the time we walked out it was a total of 1.5 hrs. It was DEAD in there at the time, maybe 7 tables total in the entire restaurant. Our waitress was not attentive at all. We waited for our sodas for a good 10 min. We finally ordered our food our appetizer and salad came out fairly quickly by another server but I could not eat it for 25 minutes because my waitress never even came to check on us. By the time we got our foodon the table we had waited around 40 min. Then we we mentioned something to our waitress, she did not apologize just blamed it on the kitchen being backed up, which seemed impossible because of how slow the restaurant was. You would think maybe we wouldve been offered something off of our bill but we didn’t even get a free dessert let alone that. I paid $142 for mediocre food and unacceptable service without an apology. Never going back!!!

I Ordered Fish and Chips. Tasted like it was from GORDONS Fish Box. Nasty..I hope that part helps. My Wife Ordered Crab Liguini and (One Bite). She says its taste is very fishy. Like the crab was not drained or something. Now, our son who will be twelve had the popcorn shrimp and liked it. Our waitress asked about our meals and told her the truth. Manager took it off the bill which was nice. She receives a rating of five stars.

Had the ultimate feast pick two from each side. Snow crab Salmon Walt shrimp, shrimp scampi. Very tasty. The biscuits was a little hard.
