Sandra was a great waitress. She was helpful friendly and attentive, anticipating needs. She put in the kids order first which came out practically instantaneously and then made sure appetizers came out before meals. The food was delicious , hot, and didn’t take long to come out.

Mediocre, luke warm seafood at an exorbitant price. It’s the only option for seafood in town or I wouldn’t eat here. My waitress wasn’t very friendly or attentive. I came by myself on Superbowl night. It was empty except for me. The waitress and barmaid did seem to enjoy the half time show which they were glued to. It was nice to see someone enjoying the night. I had clam chowder, popcorn shrimp appetizer, and the big combo fried seafood plate. With tip, it was near $100 by myself. I expected the price, but not the neglect when the place was empty. Do better.

The food was mid, I got the lobster, salmon and shrimp. The lobster tasted like it sat in a freezer or something along those lines. The food took a while to come out and it was luke warm. Our waitress, Nichole, was fabulous though, she was very friendly.

Visited this red lobster yesterday as an early Valentines dinner. I ordered the lobster tail and shrimp scampi. All very very good. My hubby is not a seafood lover but came for me. His go to meal was always the New York strip and it was delicious, but alas that is gone from the menu. He also liked the maple glazed chicken , but that is gone too! So…… he tried the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was dry and tasteless! Don’t waste your money!! Our servers name was Barbara but she was not interested in our meal or why one of the entrees was not eaten. She seemed preoccupied , and we had to chase her down for our bill. She brought the bill and never came back!!! We left our payment on the table.
Red Lobster used to be our favorite restaurant for holidays and special occasions, but I guess we will now go to Outback and Texas roadhouse . Outback does have a great lobster tail and delicious steaks!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every single time! My dear friend Barb and I just love coming here after our Monday Bible study devotionals. It’s very walker-friendly, and the staff are always so lovely and welcoming.
Starting our meal with the Cheddar Bay biscuits is simply the best part — followed by some shrimp with broccoli and, of course, the chocolate lava cake. When I take Barb, she does tend to overdo it by ordering three or four appetizers. I suppose she feels she ought to enjoy herself while she can — we are old geezers after all!
The ambiance is always so pleasant, and the experience never disappoints. Please don’t leave us! Barb and I figure we’ve got another 10–15 years left, so hopefully we can outrun you.

Service was excellent, food was timely, but our shrimp was dry (like it sat under a heat lamp for a while), and the lobster tails were only warm (maybe from sitting?).
The lobster flatbread was really good, always love the biscuits, and I have no complaints about th service at all.
Total of our order came to $163.00 before tip, we got the lobster flatbread, 2 ultimate feasts, and each got an extra rock lobster tail. Overall pricy, but still satisfying.
If your looking for seafood, this isn’t a bad option.
