We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress Kara! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional from the moment we sat down. She made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing.
Her positive attitude and great recommendations really elevated our meal. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a warm personality. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit special.

Despite being a Friday we didn’t have to wait for seating. Service was friendly and quick. The seafood boil was so yummy. I’m so glad I tried it. I had the Sailors Seafood Boil, with hot Cajun butter. My mouth is watering from remembering the unique flavor. And the Bahama Mama, sweet tropical drink will always be my favorite. 10/10 I need that seafood boil again.

Yes, Red Lobster still exists despite rumors otherwise. We’ve been to this location a few times, and the experience has always been good. Up front, the only real negative is how dark it is, in that the lighting is a bit too low for my taste. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and pleasantries. Our server, Toni, was very accommodating with our requests. The food arrived very quickly and was hot! The portion sizes were very generous, and of course who doesn’t like the cheddar bay biscuits! For those wondering, you can buy a dozen. Pleasant experience all around. Everything was clean and the restroom was maintained.

Today I went with my family for my birthday and had an overall great experience. Our waiter, Toni, was very kind and considerate. I’ve gone here in the past, and all of my visits have been spectacular and the food has been delicious. Would recommend!

I was in a group of 10 a few days ago, it was 11:45 (Around the lunch rush), we stayed till 1:20 and there weren’t too many other tables there, maybe 5 or 6. Our orders took a fair bit of time for such a low attendance and our server was nice, but seemed not to happy to be there. I get it work isn’t fun and there are bad days, maybe I just caught her on a bad day. I did get a salad, I love getting chicken caesar salads from places I’ve never got them at so I can compare. Their salad was a small size in regards to the price I paid (15$). I only got a salad. The biscuits were good and the other members of my group enjoyed their meals. Some had some preferences, like needs less breading and I thought the chicken was too salty. All in all, I dont think I’d go out of my way to come here, unless invited by a friend or family member.

The staff/waitress were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming kind and respectful. I have 3 young boys so needless to say it’s a challenge going out. She was so patient and accommodating and a pure pleasure to have in our presence . However the food wasn’t what I expected for the cost of the items the size and quality wasn’t worth it.

All you can eat shrimp and they were out of salmon. How do you run out of salmon!
Went the next day to get salmon and they had it but is was the smallest potion ever..
Red Lobster and this unit has gone downhill while raising prices..
It’s a sad day when this happens to a restaurant..

Ordered shrimp
3 ways. And ultimate feast. And a cup of there only soup. 5 small pieces potatoes and one 1/8 piece of clams. Lobster was partly cooked on one side and barely warm on the other..also a upscale Brussels sprouts. They were not trimmed of the hard end and was not seasoned. The Mgr came by and listened and made it right.. But I’m losing respect for red lobster..
