Had my lovely fiancé along and tried out the seafood boil and calamari side. Calamari was delicious serving size was definitely enough for 2 and as well with the mariners seafood boil which we shared. Our server was great lovely people working there and will come back for sure

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted and it’s the only way I can communicate this without a trip back to the restaurant. We had 3 Red Lobster gift cards given to us for Christmas, and decided to use them tonight at this location. First I tried to place an order online, but realized that I couldn’t add all 3 gift cards to pay for the order, so I called. First, I got an AI Bot who took my entire order. I successfully answered all of the questions about the sides we wanted, and at the end, the bot told me it was having trouble understanding, so it transferred me to an agent. I was then transferred to an agent from an outsourced company overseas. When I tried to place the order with them, I explained that there is a shellfish allergy for the person getting the parmesan crusted chicken and asked if they can put a note on the order for that. I was then told that they had to transfer me to the manager at the restaurant. I was transferred, somebody answered, and told me they had to get somebody else for me to talk to. That person got on the phone, took my order, and I asked if I could pick it up at 7 PM. They confirmed and said that they will let the kitchen know about the allergy. We were all set,…or so I thought. I arrived at 7:00 and stood at the pick up area for about five minutes with no one in sight, so I walked through the restaurant until I found somebody. After another five minutes of waiting, someone came out and asked me what I ordered. I said it was 1 order for blackened salmon, and another order for parmesean crusted chicken. They told me they didn’t get any order. Fantastic! So I placed the order “again”, paid with my gift cards, and asked how long it would be. I was told that it would be about 7 or 8 minutes. I waited for almost a half hour, but whatever, at least I got my order. I drove the 20 minutes back to my house, and when I got home, my salmon order was missing the side order of brussel sprouts! I called back to tell the manager, but of course, I was back to square one with their wonderful phone system. I sat there listening to hold music, and within 10 minutes of no one answering, I heard 10 times how important my call was and that somebody would be with me shortly. After that 10 minutes, I finally hung up. This has been an absolute circus, and here is a picture of my order. As you can see, they didn’t even give me a lemon to season this bland salmon with. Looks appetizing, right? Lol. This is literally what I got after all that, and I even gave a tip! Needless to say, this is the LAST time I will ever visit this restaurant. Had it not been for the gift cards, I would’ve given up. The next time I order out, I’ll be going to Texas Roadhouse at the next exit!

We wanted to make a comment about hearing another table that complained about the wait time today and said they would leave a negative review.

It was busy for lunch today and our 4 person party wanted to say both servers working were doing a fantastic job and should not be scrutinized due the rudeness and impatience of those individuals. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I held our wedding reception here, and it was AMAZING. Our server Cheyenne was so sweet and ON IT! Our orders were accurate (and prompt considering our large group size), and all the staff was so kind and welcoming. They really helped make a special day even more incredible.

We will definitely dine here again.

I had ordered $114 Dollars worth of seafood , about 1.5hrs before they closed. They told me 20 minutes. I got there after about 25/30 minutes and had to sit there for over 30mins. When I went to pay, they had already shut down the registers.So I had to pay in cash , and they did not give me a receipt. When I got home , all of the seafood was extremely overcooked, Seasoned horribly. It was like they dumped a bunch of minced garlic in the bag and that was it. I was missing shrimp and crab legs. It was disgusting. When i opened the bag i could tell it wasnt decent at all. I contacted the store and it took them almost two months to come up with a solution of giving me a gift card for $100. As I did not have a receipt and I paid cash because they had shut down all the registers more than 30 mins prior to closing. And the register the used was cash only, and didnt have a reciept machine. I ordered the food at 8:15pm, got there at 8:40pm, and got my food handed to me no earlier than 9:15pm even though they were dead. They were able to find the transaction and see exactly what I ordered. Within the span of four months , I had spoken to 3 separate people All of them staying in the same thing, But in the end , I didn’t even get the gift card that they had promised. I think it’s really rude to be served food that expensive, To be that old and overcooked to the point the lobster wouldnt come out of the shell and was the consistancy of an eraser… and to make someone wait for that long and make them change their payment type and not give them a receipt, Just to string them along , and not give them a solution. After the four months, Anytime I called the excuse was that who I needed to speak with was on vacation. I’m honestly done dealing with this restaraunt and have contacted the BBB for a resolution. Now that everything has come to light, I have realized that it is just not only my order, But everyone that I know that has ordered from there has had the same experience. $100 is not something I’m willing to throw away on food that was not eaten. No one will contact me back I’ve been dealing with this since Sept 2025.

I returned 11/6 & again amazing service she recommended the Crab Queso & it was amazing & the lobster mashed potatoes (pic below)is yummy. Homemade & service was over the top. This Red Lobster location ia always so clean & the smiles say it all‼️
