They were out of 2 types of shrimp on a Friday night. Seems like managers strong suit is math.
Food was still good but went to try the diff. Flavors.
I will say I haven’t been to red lobster in about 20 years. But would expect a lot more from them. No disc I unts due to their lack of preparation.
One couple left. Another party was upset.
This place is like the McDonald’s of seafood.

Busy Saturday night, but the wait line moved along steadily. Hostess asked us to be patient with our waitress as it was her “second day out of training”… No need to mention that, the waitress was wonderful!

We really liked their Cheddar bay biscuits. I tried their seasonal special endless shrimp, and it was amazing. We ordered shrimp and lobster taco, it came without lobster so they fixed it. But otherwise everything thing from drinks to salad and main dishes was great. Definitely going to visit again.

The fish and chips dish is amazing! We Love the service we get at this Red Lobster! They have also been an amazing employer for our daughter! A measure of a good restaurant is how well they treat their employees, and she has felt like family there! The servers are pleasant and friendly and the food is great!

The hostes seemed like she was in her own little world, but otherwise good experience. Great seafood, i got shrimp, scallops, and lobster, all of which was cooked to perfection.

Danny our server was amazing.
Kids had a wonderful time. Steaks were cooked great, nice color.
I had crab cakes and coconut shrimp.
Kids had lobster tails and mashed potatoes.

This is not our first time here. Been plenty of times but this last time we visited is the reason why we haven’t been a lot in the past year. We went on a Sunday before dinner rush to celebrate our oldest son birthday and was seated as soon as we came through the door. They seated us in an area where ALL the tables were dirty (food/drinks still left on all the tables). The table we had was only clean table and to be honest really wasnt big enough for the amount of food we had and it was 4 of us. Took 5 minutes for waitress to even ask for our drink order (wasn’t busy at time especially in area we were seated in)had to wait for biscuits to come out another 5 minutes later. Food was ok. Probably be our last time going since better seafood places in the area. Service and food just isn’t the same at this location. Plenty of parking, use the app or sign up for coupons to get somewhat of a discount.

Was seated almost immediately, around 6:15 pm on 12/28/2022, which was cool but that was the best part of the experience. Then wasted over 30 minutes of my birthday waiting for service that never arrived. A family came in around that time, was immediately seated, and immediately serviced by the waitress. That upset me to no end, again on my birthday, so we left. Something similar happened the past three times we visited and this time was the last straw. After we left my wife called to complain to a manager. Phone answered immediately, manager summoned in under a minute, then she was hung up on 10 seconds into the complaint. Someone needs to tell Jacob Brown you can only get by on the franchise name for so long. It certainly isn’t the service that keeps people coming back. The management staff is in desperate need of appropriate training for their poor customer service skills. I will certainly not waste another moment of my birthday, or Valentine’s Day, or any other special occasion waiting for Jacob Brown, via Red Lobster by proxy, to find time to accept my money. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!
