I visited the Red Lobster in Hermitage, PA, and had such a great experience! My waitress was fabulous super kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The management team was also very present on the floor, checking in and helping out, which really showed in how happy and efficient the staff were.
The restaurant was spotless, and the food was amazing. I ordered the lunch special with Alfredo and a Caesar salad (which I ate too quickly to get a photo of!). The biscuits came out fresh from the oven and were absolutely divine.
Even the dishes at nearby tables looked great, everything was consistent and well-prepared. You can tell this location really takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back for both the atmosphere and the food quality!

We decided to come here for lunch following working on my dorm room. Our food was excellent! My mom had a feast of scallops, clams, shrimp and cod. I had the crab carbonara and it was amazing! It was so big i even will eat it for dinner! Stephanie is attentive, kind and courteous. If you are ever in Hermitage, stop by!

We had my moms birthday dinner there with 15 members of the family there. Everything was perfect. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Our server was amazing and stayed on top of all our needs! They even brought out a birthday dessert!! We had a wonderful time!

My partner and I went there for dinner Christmas day. And though we came in close to closing time, they greeted us with a smile and great service. The calamari and lobster and veg alfredo were prepared quickly and we’re delicious. A little on the pricey side but worth it. We’re definitely going to eat there more often.

It’s so unfortunate how downhill this place has gone. Our daughter got the shrimp Alfredo and I’ve never seen anything dryer. There’s was like one spoonful of Alfredo on it. I got crab legs, 4 of them had absolutely no meat in them. How do you get away with charging someone 48$ for empty shells?? Never again!!

We come here every year when we are Christmas shopping and also my birthday( it’s a family tradition for the past 10 years ) . Every time we come this place is amazing. The food and the service. However today was the cherry. Our server was phenomenal and our food was the best. We just wanted to say thank you. It’s hard to find service like we had and food that is made that well. Our server was Kelly R. She is amazing! My husbands filet was cooked to a perfect rare , my fish and chips was excellent. My 10 year old tried clam chowder today for the first time and each bite he made a “mmmmm” sound. He loved it. Thanks to all involved in an excellent experience

Ashley was s an amazing server! Last minute decision to go to Red Libster on Valentine’s Day. Our 60 minute wait was only 15. The place was busy and we knew we would wait for our food. The meals were very good but Ashley was exceptional! She kept updating us and was wonderful!

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the place was clean and cozy. Definitely a solid spot for dinner if you’re passing through or staying nearby.
