First time at this Red Lobster and it was very accommodating with great customer service. We were greeted first walking in and seated immediately. our great server was Payton. Payton was patient and Informative about the specials and other items on the menu. She also paid close attention to allergies someone had in our party.
We recieve our food in a timely manner like we ask and at the right temperature, which is always nice. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-lit

We had a fantastic dinner. Food was delicious, drinks were amazing! Kasey, the manager, was fantastic and came out asking how our meal was and checking in with the other customers. Sam our waitress was so helpful and right there when we needed anything. We really do love The Dubois location!

I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster. The service was fast, friendly, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The food came out hot and fresh, and the portions were great for the price. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were soft and buttery like always, and the entrées were cooked just right. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We almost always get our food to go here, but last time we ate in it was excellent. Clean and helpful and attentive wait staff.
To go orders have their own parking which is nice. The greeters always take care of me right away and if you do have to wait it’s fun to hang out with the lobster friends.
The food has been excellent almost without fail on our pickups. Once my tenders were slightly overdone but nothing to really complain about.
The prices are standard restaurant prices and I think here it’s worth it. You get a lot of food for the price.
If you’re from Dubois you already know not to leave this parking plaza from the far right exit if you’re in a low car, but if you’re not from Dubois you won’t know. DON’T LEAVE FROM THE FAR RIGHT EXIT IF YOU HAVE A LOW CAR. The water drain runs through the road but for some reason unknown to any human they dropped it down from the road like 4″. It’s a very harsh dip and a low car WILL slam.
All in all I really like Red Lobster and I don’t eat seafood. The staff is always great and the non-seafood offerings are delicious.

Our waitress was Mikayla, she was the most WONDERFUL PHENOMENAL WAITRESS with making us feel appreciated, she was very Exuberant! She came back time after time to ask us if we needed anything. Mikayla should get a raise!!!! Jared was the chef on duty that night( Wednesday 12/10/25) he was also Wonderful at getting our meal out to us in a timely manner. We had the garlic crab, Lobster tail, shrimp, corn ,potato boil. WOW it was well worth stopping there!!!! When we handed Mikayla her MUCH DESERVED TIP- she almost cried. She & Jared should be REWARDED FOR THEIR EFFORTS- these are amazing EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE working for you!!!!!

Our server Rachel was fantastic amazing customer service her recommendation of the seafood boils was spot on also the garlic sauce and the Old Bay sauce that she recommended to go in the bag was absolutely on point she was bubbly very attentive to us and we highly highly highly recommend her and this establishment The atmosphere is different we came back 5 years after our first date 5 years ago by anniversary today and it feels just like old times

I am not a seafood kind of person but I sure do love the Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard dipping sauce. The Brussels Sprouts are to die for, they are so good.
Hubby loves seafood so he got the 2 Lobster Tails, Grilled Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi, Baked Potato and Coleslaw. He very much enjoyed it. Katie was a great server also. We had a 20-30 min. wait time to be seated. This was at DuBois, PA.
