I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place before. It’s decent food, nothing incredible; nobody comes here for top of the line, fresh seafood. It’s a typical chain restaurant, for seafood, when the mood hits. I had the Seafood platter, and it was also a lunch special. It came with shrimp scampi, which was surprisingly very good, fried popcorn shrimp and fried filet, both just okay. There is no crunch to their fried food. It almost seems pre-cooked and kept warm, creating a semi-soggy texture. My husband had the Admiral’s Platter, that included fried scallops, clams, shrimp and filets. Same texture as mine, except the clams were over fried, just under burned. Of course the cheddar biscuits were amazing, and that’s what people come here for. Today our server was Ellie, and she was the sweetest ray of sunshine, who provided excellent service.

Haven’t been in a while. Went early on Saturday, place was mostly empty but there was a 20 minute wait. Turns out there having problems getting help like everyone else. Service was very good. Food was also good. Wife had crab legs and I had pick your own three. Fish, popcorn shrimp and walts shrimp. We both had a drink. Wine and sangria. We left happy and full.

Went here yesterday around 730 pm the 5 of us were seated promptly, which was great however this is also why they are getting a 1 star review. The waitress older woman with black hair was very rude, she interrupted while ordering to start and she seemed as if she was in a very bad mood. So as we’re waiting for the food we needed a refill of our drinks 2 Dr peppers she brings out our appetizers which were alright nothing to write home about but we asked about another appetizer we were supposed to get which we got a ride reply oh it’s coming out with the soup as I said she was very rude and annoyed at us for asking questions but when we did get soup it tasted like nothing it was supposed to be lobster bisque when we got the food mine was barely edible the only good this was lobster tail but steak was cooked incorrectly I wanted medium rare and I got medium well mashed potatoes and broccoli were raw and undercooked and I was messing with the kiosk at table trying to see if I was able to redeem any rewards and waitress asked if it was in my way while I was using it nearly taking it from me and I’m the type of person where I’ll deal and not send it back just because of the thought of someone spitting in food and given her attitude I wouldn’t doubt itso as we’re finishing I was drinking my soda and she proceeded to stand next to me and reached for my drink while I was still drinking it and that’s a big no no in my books unfortunately this will be the last time I go to this location that I usually always go to as normally their service is alot better but after that interaction with that very rude waitress I’ll never go back

This is far the best seafood place I have been too. I asked for butter on the side and it still tasted so delicious! I highly recommend this place! The waitress was so sweet and attentive to our needs. I cannot wait to go again. Right now with COVID 19 I felt the place was very clean and safe to dine in.

Our waiter (I think his name’s Ryan) was awesome. He was on top of his game and went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for. He originally forgot my drink, but then it came a minute later. The food came out fairly quickly and was scrumptious.

I have not been to a Red Lobster since 2005 & today’s visit was not only good, but the staff there was so friendly, fun & attentive. The host at the front door was cool enough to let my 3-year old son touch a lobster that we took out of the tank.
