This Red Lobster in Yonkers, NY truly exceeded my expectations with both the food and the service. From the moment the dishes arrived, everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The seafood was cooked perfectly, especially the shrimp and lobster, and the portions were generous. Of course, the cheddar bay biscuits were warm and delicious, just as you’d hope, and kept coming without needing to ask.
The service made the experience even better. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and genuinely welcoming, which made the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. I love Red lobster! They are consistent with their food. Love the seafood stuff mushrooms. I got the 3 for 21.99 shrimp combo with a side of crab legs. The food was fantastic, but the real highlight was our server/ bartender Cristian!! He was so kind, so attentive and he made the entire experience a true 5 star experience, he has us laughing so much, he made sure we knew all of our options for food and drinks, and even though I live an hour and a half away I will certainly be back soon in the future hopefully just to see Cristian!! If I owned a restaurant I’d want every server to be just like him, and thank you again to everyone at this location for making us feel at home, including the hostesses and the manager! 🙂

Paola was an amazing server at the Red Lobster in Cross County Mall. She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out exactly how we wanted it, and she checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made the experience better. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had, ask for Paola if you’re dining there!
