First time in NYC and I was told I had to try Red Lobster, I’m so glad I did! The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole experience even better.
The food was incredible. The lobster was absolutely top tier, it was my first time ever trying lobster with melted butter and I completely get the hype now. The calamari was also spot on, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Portions are a really good size too, so you definitely leave feeling satisfied.
After the meal I tried to walk it off, but honestly the post-meal nap was calling my name . Overall such a great experience and definitely worth visiting if you’re in NYC!

Stephanie took really great care of us and attended to our table with the upmost consideration for our dining experience. seasoned professional that went above and beyond to correct and ensure we enjoyed ourselves. the food was fresh, seasoned, and came out pretty fast considering we entered about 45 minutes before closing. i was surprised. the menu specials are great too and worth it. 10/10

Went to red lobster for the first time in YEARS and it did not disappoint for a spontaneous late night bite. My friend and I ordered the shrimp 4 ways (shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, coconut shrimp, and crispy dragon shrimp). Gabby was our waitress, brought us drink refills without us having to ask, and was super quick with our meal. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a casual bite in the city!

I had an amazing experience dining here, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Jayy. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and on point with everything we needed. She checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we were comfortable without ever hovering.
