Never recommend to no one service poor I order endless shrimp deal it’s was me and my wife but my wife she pregnant and not filling hungry at all so the young lady was serving us her name Melanie she was very rude and unprofessional she told me since you and your wife 2 people and need to order 2 endless shrimp bucouse if the manager see that we 2 people he will say something I clearly told her that my wife not hungry and if she eats will be probably 2 spoons and it’s no need to order 2 orders knowing the my wife not hungry and if she was I will order 2 orders with no problem. After 2 min manger came 2 times in 3 minutes asking me how’s the food it’s very weird for manger to come only to our table and never check the rest of the restaurant tables but it’s very clear to everyone the the manger only want to see if my eating or no not only that she takes about 15 min to bring me the 1st order and the refill takes about another 15-20 minutes than the 2 refill takes another 20 minutes until was so depressed and not hungry no more I can’t never expected that from red lobster

I got the surf and turf with the lobster tail and filet mignom. The steak was absolutely perfect! The melted butter that comes with I could drink! Great service, would recommend.

So we were sitting there at the Secaucus location and someone said look this big roach came out from under a table. One of the waiters stepped on it and kicked it to the side. The manager came and said sorry sorry sorry that’s about it. Didn’t even give a discount or anything. I wanted to leave, but the people with me didn’t. Plus I had ordered the unlimited shrimp on my second helping of grilled shrimp they gave me about one tablespoon of rice.

Came for Sunday dinner with my husband (07/31/22) I was pleased with the food we both ordered the New Orleans salmon with different side items, it was delicious. However the service needs work we were seated at our table by a hostess who didn’t really wanna work, after we were seated we waited for our server (Alexia T) to come and finally after 15 mins of waiting she came and took our drink orders since we waited so long we already knew what we wanted for our main course. To make a long review short we barely saw Alexia when we needed something we would get up to look for her or ask another server to help us. Other then the service being mediocre the food and drinks (classic strawberry lemonades) were really good and I can’t forget about the warm delicious cheddar bay biscuits.

Came here to celebrate my son’s third birthday. Got here at roughly 7:30 and walked out at 9:10 on an empty stomach. Waited for the food for over an hour, asked twice and the server said it was coming. Other tables with guests seated after us either got their food or left. I have never walked out of a restaurant after sitting down , this was a first, and I definitely will not ever step foot in here again. Horrific experience. Nobody from the restaurant even realized we packed and left until we got to our car. They shouted for us to say our food was coming up and told us to go back in and enjoy it. At that point I was full already – full of disappointment.

My friend and I went to the Red Lobster in Secaucus for my birthday lunch. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. Our server Julian was very pleasant and attentive. We received our food pretty quickly. We both had the salmon and it was good. Our drinks was very colorful but not much alcohol at all. I had a daiquiri but I could barely taste any alcohol. My friend said the same for his drink. There’s plenty of parking and lots of surrounding stores in the area to do some shopping as well. Overall all was good except the drinks. I would suggest to bring a flask or nips to spice up the drinks . Oh yeah, the prices went up as well so be prepared to spend some extra money.

Wow, I haven’t had red lobster since 4 years. Their food quality has improved . Back in the days, the food wasn’t as tasty. The seasoning is perfect not too salty. The portion is decent and you can share with someone too if you want. And of course can’t forget the best fluffy biscuits . The server name Jeff has outstanding service. Friendly staff!
