An Oldie but Goodie! The Endless Shrimp offer was our goal and this visit did not disappoint. Our food was cooked to perfection and service was great. Adja, our Server, was relatively new, apologized a few times for his speed, but ensured we were well attended to. The restaurant was clean, temperature was perfect and location is very accessible with adequate parking. We will be back soon!

I order on Easter Sunday at 9:30 The food was ok but the service was bad .I went to go pick up my order and waited and hour after my pick up time with 5 other customers waiting for their Togo orders .it was a super quiet night so the hour wait is something I was not expecting .when the manger was asked for they refuse to come out didn’t say anything to the people waiting for an hour and more this also created a toxic work environment leaving employees to deal with customers complaints and attitudes when they clearly should be handled by a manager

Let me start off by saying that the biscuits at red lobster is always delicious. I am always wanting to get more biscuits all the time. Next, my son ordered the crab legs. I believe he had about 3 clusters of crab legs and they were bendable. You should be able to crack the leg in the middle. And then you can get the meat out that way. But it just seemed like maybe the crab legs were just sitting around. Other than that my meal was good. I do believe the Franchise restaurants heat up food and don’t really cook anymore.

We did not feel like cooking so we came to an early dinner here at red lobster. I got the admirals feast. It’s so good the fried shrimp is so delicious and the tarter sauce is amazing. My wife got the lobster and shrimp scampi aslo the fried Brussel sprouts. Which I’m not a fan of but she says they are amazing The service is always good and friendly. And the biscuits are never a disappointment.

Hello and God Bless you ❤️ my Lovelys OK let’s get to it the Food was S0oo Good. It’s the kind of good that makes your eyes roll to the back of your head Good . Service Great I was cold our Server Berd was so Attentive we were cold Freezing outside. Well there was a vent above us throwing out cold air ,we asked him if he could do something about it he turned it off ,we were so grateful for that . I had A lobsterita Classic the Bartender was on point ..Great Lobsterita. I was with my Lovely Daughter we had an Awesome time..Thank you Red Lobster . And there u have it my Lovelys Now go and enjoy..more eyes rolling in the back of heads . God bless you All ❤️ Take care of yourselves and each other.

I went out to red lobster yesterday. Waited 20 minutes before we were seated even though the place was nearly empty. We were seated at 8:15 ish by the waiter Matthew. Usually when we go we would get water and drinks and the biscuits immediately but we had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks. And then another 20 minutes for biscuits when customers already were being seated as well and getting drinks and starters served before us. We waited over an hour for food and it never came and our waiter never came to check on us. When customers were receieving their food. We never got ours. Matthew said our food would be out shortly in a minute, but that minute was turned into 15-20 minutes. We had another waiter with common sense come and check on us before we had to get the manager. And when the manager came we just wanted to get the check for our drinks and go because that’s the only thing we were served and never received our food. And when receiving the check. The food we never received was still billed in our check. We had to wait more for the manager to fix our receipt. By the time we left it was already 9:30. The place closes at 10. This was the worse experience we’ve ever experienced. Never coming back or recommending this place to anyone ever again. Even if we were refunded for our food, the experience and hospitality was absolutely horrible.

Old brown salad ..worst place I’ve ate in Jersey since the Wendy’s that put chili on everything..avoid this place like the plague..food is terrible..I hate the smell of broccoli and the waiter brought me broccoli instead of the salad I ordered..waiter never offered to refill my drink..my friends got endless shrimp..and never got but one helping..and he never brought my friends full order..this this one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled to every state in north America..never stop here..even if you’re hungry..I’ll have ramen noodles next time ..Andre.. should look for another line of work… worst waiter I’ve experienced in 50 years

This was my first time at Red Lobster and sadly it will be my last. The experience left a lot to be desired. Despite the negative reviews my friends and I took a chance and decided to eat here. There were a list of things that went wrong. Even though the restaurant was relatively empty the waitress took about 20 minutes before she came to our table and took our orders. The selling point of the restaurant is or was the biscuits. When brought to our table the biscuits were cold and dry, which was a little disappointing as that was my friends selling point in getting me to go. The second of biscuits was better, it was hot and moist. I ordered the ‘Ultimate Feast’ which includes lobster, crab and shrimp along with two sides: broccoli and fully loaded baked potato. The food took about an hour to reach our table. With the exception of the baked potato everything was cold. Despite the temperature my lobster was cooked well, however, my friends’ was overcooked and tough and her broccoli was undercooked and hard. Also, despite the restaurant only having a few patrons the waitress rarely came to the table to ask if we needed anything or to remove the dirty dishes. My friend asked for more butter and the waitress brought out a heap of unmelted butter and not the sweet cream butter one normally eats with seafood. More importantly, my surprise birthday was ruined.
