We had red line cater our wedding in August 2025, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was a HUGE hit! I can’t tell you how many people came up to me and complimented dinner after we ate. Mitch and his team were super personable and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

What a great BBQ joint! We enjoyed some of the best food here. The beef brisket and Carolina pork sammies were great. The baked beans, coleslaw, corn bread and macaroni and cheese really hit the spot. I was so anxious to try the food that I didn’t get a picture of our meal. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Can’t wait to come back.

I had Red Line BBQ cater my son’s graduation party. It was an outstanding experience. Mitch communicated in a timely manner and helped me figure out everything I needed. When the day came the food was AMAZING!!! Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and wanted to know where Red Line is located! The best part, there was some left over so we’ll be enjoying his cooking for a few more days!!!! Thank you!!! Side note if you go into the restaurant their brisket nachoes are out of this world 10 out of 10 recommend!

They catered our wedding in June and all I can say is AMAZING! Their food is delicious and reasonably priced! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly when I threw them their way. We had tons of compliments throughout the night about the dinner and we were so excited to get all the leftovers for the next week! We live in Cross Plains so we are sad we don’t live closer to their storefront but if you are in Jefferson, you have to stop by and get some BBQ! You won’t regret it!

Red Line BBQ catered our wedding in April 2023, and we and all of our guests raved about the food, especially the pulled pork, brisket, baked beans and mac and cheese! We stopped in for lunch, they are still awesome and the loaded nachos were amazing!! You can easily find their specials and updated hours on their fb page posts. Great food and people!

Red Line BBQ catered for our wedding in Fort Atkinson, WI and it was a great experience. Mitch and his team were prepared and so helpful. We had a buffet and it went smoothly with all of our 160 guests being served in a very timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious. We received compliments from our guests and my husband was very excited about having leftovers to take home and eat. He said they had some of the best barbecue sauce that he’s ever had. My personal favorites were the Mac and cheese and the brisket. The potato salad seemed to be very popular with our guests. Mitch was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we had a good window of time to adjust anything we needed to. Red Line BBQ has reasonable prices for their product and service, was delivered right on time, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed their meals. Don’t sleep on this place. The food was beyond amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our food was ready almost immediately after ordering. Definitely our new favorite spot and #1 for BBQ!!!
