Checked out this place for the first time and asked if they have a Mexican mocha, they said no but recommended another mocha it was called maya? Something like that very strong like spicy? Lots of cinnamon as you can tell from the picture yeah definitely wouldn’t be back. I just threw it away.

I stopped at the woodland cafe after getting home from the airport and Kristianna and Emily were very helpful and patient with me when I was having a hard time deciding what to drink!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I definitely felt the Christmas joy there!!!

Tried Red Leaf coffee for the first time and will absolutely be back. We had a blended mocha with dark chocolate drizzle for a post work out drink and now I want more. They had decaf so I didn’t get buzzed up on caffeine as well. The menu has food—next time I’ll try it. Great, friendly service at the walk up window.

Edit: I had a free 16oz drink available to redeem for 60 points! I was so excited to finally have my free drink and made the dumb idea to update the app. I had a version where the QR code scan was not available yet. I would tell the barista my phone number. I wouldn’t just forget about my free drink. I noticed it was gone the moment I opened the updated app. I’m only confused why every time I almost have a free drink with my points the system gets changed, first when we switched away from the stamp card, I only needed two or three more drink purchases to receive a free drink, when I transferred my points to the new app, I received 31 points. Not nowhere close to a free drink. Spending close to 7 per drink with 17 drink purchases on my stamp card I should have received close to at least 85 points in the original transfer not 31. As $1 is 1 point. And now when I update the app I am again far away from a free drink. I continue to be disappointed as what is the point of having a rewards system in place if we can’t ever get anything from it.i know redleaf does not have to offer a rewards system but I’m sure there are others that are experiencing this as well and it is kind of frustrating. I have reached out to customer service and Brandon replies and just tries to gaslight me saying that it never happened.
I typically have a good experience here. I enjoy ordering an iced fluffy bunny breve. Amazing flavor along with their energy bars. Funny story, I once ordered an iced gold rush with heavy cream instead of milk, thinking it would be a splash of cream in my coffee. No, the whole 16oz drink was straight heavy whipping cream that costed me $7.30. To which they asked “would you like to leave tip” on top of that. Sorry I’m already paying almost $10 for 10 sips of coffee sorry I mean for a tongue coated in thick heavy whipping cream haha. I will continue to visit here but will not order that again. And I decided I’ll only tip if they don’t ask for it.
