Would never recommend, should be out of business! After spending over 50 dollars here my kids ripped their plate, they didn’t finish their food so I politely asked staff for empty take home plate they will refuse to give an extra styrofoam plate and claim that it will be 16 dolllars regardless if it has food or not??? They got really defensive when I advised how crooked that seemed… Food is not that great only thing giving some flavor is the chili. Encourage everyone to read and trust the reviews…

Customer service was very rude the lady was talking to me and my grandma like we were kids telling us what we NEED to get and then she charged us for the wrong plate and then started acting like we didn’t order what we wanted when we specified what we wanted numerous times and on top of that she tried to charge us more for more meals. Then was shaking her head and rolling her eyes when we asked for a refund. Never going back to that specific location in Stonewood Mall.

The lady that does cashier was terrible I had asked her a question and she literally told me she didn’t speak English and I didn’t know how to order. She had a very bad attitude and when she took someone else’s order she clearly spoke English. Very bad customer service!!!!!! If you see this lady at the cash register please run. Or don’t order at all. Only one lady that works here was very kind and helped me how it works here.

Horrible customer service, rude workers, food quality is terrible! Do not eat here.. I could’ve got better noodles at panda express for a quarter of the price with better service. They really should get better employees or just shut down all together.. 25 bucks for a handful of noodles and a few pieces of frozen meat.. Does this look like a 25 dollar meat? This place is a joke!

First time ever I even had the thought to check the reviews of a restaurant because this was such a bad first impression lol. Sure I was comparing it to another Mongolian bbq but you’re actually getting ripped off by spending here because they do not let you get as much food for what you’re spending. Rude cashier too and cooking with mainly water is pretty cheap, u can tell in the flavor. So yea pretty mid and they don’t even give you a full bowl of noodles, you have to either sacrifice getting toppings or noodles. Check out the roach too.

there’s a specific lady that always likes to make up her own schedule on when she opens. Hours state they open at 10am. Every time I come she changes the time there suppose to be open. She opens at 10:30 sometimes , 10:45 other times and even 11. Once I came at 10 when the owner seemed to have been there and she rolled her eyes at me because she couldn’t tell me she wasn’t open this time.
Today I came in at 10:30 because apparently that’s when she opens and she told me she won’t open till 10:45 so I asked what’s the hours and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back. Cook seemed to be ready just standing around, everything was out, so i’m not sure why she’s closed. My co workers and I will be taking our business to montebello mall, over that lady

HORRIBEL PLACE! I made a bowl for my kids that had no jalapeno or chili since they are toddlers… cook gave there bowl to another person then when i went to tell the cook he got mad and told me to go to the front so i do. Im going to assume the owner was in front, she tried to get defensive and told me she didnt make my bowl I DID and it was my mistake there was jalapeños in my bowl?! I explained to her there was NO way i would give my kids spicy stuff and understood. I literally had to wait in line AGAIN and when i got to the cook he literally started arguing with me like it was my fault. I had to stop him THREE times to tell him i didnt want to argue i just wanted my bowl cause my kids were screaming at this point. Never heard a sorry from none of them straight arguing and getting defensive. Cooks name was Alex. He then messed up another persons order and tried to argue too. People like him should NOT be employed

The workers were very rude. The main cashier had an attitude with every customer that came to ask for something. We had bought extra noodles and she took off our extra noodles when she thought we weren’t looking but we saw her. We asked her why and to please put them back and she just said that she can’t since it’s on the grill already and we already paid. Later on, we got our noodles when she left and the cook saw us and snitched on us to her. She started laughing so much since she saw us looking at her and then she said what do you want? We asked for soy sauce and she yelled at us saying to go over there. We went over there and she slammed the soy sauce down on the counter and said now go, go! Horrible way to treat her customers. Worst service i’ve ever had. It’s usually not like this.
