Went to the red India last night as was staying at the Rutland hall spa hotel and the food and service was both amazing!
The lovely waitress gave us a tub to take our food home as our eyes was way to big for our belly!
He gave us a shot and a chocolate for free when leaving and was genuinely chatty and interested in our day
Would definitely recommend and will be returning .

I took my Nan and Sister for a meal this evening and everything was 10/10. The service and food was incredible, enough to say we brought extra to bring it home. Would 100% go back again!!

This is our fourth visit even though we don’t live local and yet again we were provided with excellent food and very friendly service.
My wife had tandoori king prawn and I had my usual Goan green curry along with a side of mushroom bhaji and some chapattis.
It’s a bit of a joke in my house that I always order the same and the fact that it’s very very green….as you would expect for a green curry, but the contrast of the mint, coriander and green chillies just do it for me.
Already looking forward to our next visit.

Awful food tonight. Had a chicken tika masala and richard iii. Both curries were bland with no flavour at all and just yasted like water, even the chips were not nice not very nice food at all. Food service and friendly staff in the front of house.

Over a decade of use and never had a bad curry. Atmosphere inside the restaurant is beautiful and they give such amazing service, also a fan of their delivery, just as delicious always fast to arrive and piping hot. Recommend 100%

Ended up here by mistake, having ordered online to collect at my local restaurant only to be told on arrival that they had no website and no order from me, I needed to go to the Oakham branch instead! I was not best pleased, but when I rang this place instead, they were very helpful, explained the mix-up (which happens a lot apparently!) and gave me some complimentary side orders to make up for the inconvenience. And it was one of the tastiest curries I have ever had. Definitely going back!

Fantastic service, with even better food. It’s pretty rare to find a curry house which puts the same amount of care into the veggie options for an English market as the kitchen here did. Would absolutely recommend the Chana Masala, beautiful chickpea curry – as good as I’ve had anywhere on Brick Lane or Rusholme.
