The service staff were friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations and the dishes were so satisfying. The seafood was fresh and dishes were not so salty. The deep fried soon hock was fried to light crisp and the Alaskan king crab was so good! An unforgettable dining experience!
Had Tim Sum buffet lunch with 2buddies @ “.. Red House At The Grand
Copthorne..” recently Aug 2025.
One of the better timSum buffet I’ve eaten so far.
Everything was on point.
Service was excellent. The restaurant Manager Candy was superb in her PR and professionalism.
Likewise for the service staff Esply Michael. Super attentive.
The standout Tim sum dishes for me are … I think almost everything.
We ordered almost everything on the buffet menu except the grouper fish porridge and the fried bHoon.
Reorder some notable dishes like the poached chk with ginger scallion garnish, mined pork roll (heychor), chicken feet, steam pork ribs, fried carrot cake…etc. Burp.
Their dessert only 3types (cold). The boboChaCha is good.
A fully satisfying meal.
Hurry come try. Candy mention maybe their timSum buffet promo will end soon probably in Sept.
Not confirm. Depending on the head chef.
Very tidy dinning area and washrooms
Service is good but sometimes too much interaction and stopped the group conversation
With over 30 delicious items on the menu, expect signature snacks, steamed baskets, crispy fried bites, delicate baked treats & desserts to round things off.
We started strong with the Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce with Fresh Crab Meat, paired with Golden Crab Mantou —a weekend-exclusive, limited to one portion per person. Rich, spicy & indulgent, it set the perfect appetite for the feast ahead.
Another standout? The Crab Meat Siew Mai —a luxe twist on the classic, generously packed with sweet juicy crab meat.
Of course, no dim sum feast is complete without the classics. Some of our favourites:
Hainanese Chicken with Bentong Ginger -tender, silky chicken with premium ginger and scallions
Nanyang-Style Firecracker Chicken
– fiery, crispy bites
Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun
– smooth rice rolls filled with sweet BBQ pork
Prawn Paste Calamari Tentacles
– crispy, savoury perfection
Pu-erh Poached Pear with Rock Sugar
– light, refreshing, and tea-infused
A personal favourite was the Truffle Wild Mushroom Dumpling. Delicate skin, earthy mushrooms & a luxurious hint of truffle—mushroom lovers, don’t miss this one.
And the Pan-Fried X.O Carrot Cake? Pillowy-soft with crispy edges and umami-packed XO sauce. Chef’s kiss.
To wind down, we went for the Superior Pumpkin Congee—smooth, naturally sweet, and soul-soothing.
Final thoughts? Dim sum and champagne—name a better duo.
Big thanks to Micheal for his attentive and professional service — made us feel very welcomed.
The food was tasty and fresh, perfectly seasoned.
