Bummed to leave this review. We love the food here and often come for a girls night with friends. The bartender last night was so rude. All she did was complain about how long her shift was. Our drinks were terrible and when mentioned instead of offering to remake them she commented that they just must be that good because we couldn’t taste the alcohol. For a $16 martini at a local dive bar, I’d expect the price to match. Really disappointed. Honestly wish we didn’t tip her but we did 20%.

This was our second time having dinner at Red House. The first time, I tried their sushi, which I thouroughly enjoyed. This time I tried their shrimp with walnuts, which I enjoyed, but was a little surprised at how sweet the meal was. Overall, am enjoyable experience both times!

I dined in to this delectable pearl of an Asian restaurant on Sunday 9/28 and it was my second experience. The first was a take out because I was in a hurry to get home. Yesterday I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted by my waiter Josh and another young man who was very polite and welcoming and took me took my seat. He asked ME where I wanted to sit and that is impressive to me. My background is in Hotel and Restaurant Management so when eating out the first impression to me is a big reason I would choose to return. I asked Josh if they had water and he gave me 3 choices of water. Where do you hear that in any restaurant. I ordered only an egg roll with pork and it was served slightly crispy and the roll was soft and delicious as in home made, not what is typically serve at local Chinese Restaurants which seem frozen then deep fried. My entre was Pad Thai and Josh asked me if I had any questions about my order or it’s ingredients. Amazingly it was delivered 15 minutes after I ordered it and it was exquisite. I actually smelled all the ingredients before I tasted them. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat, pork was soft tender you could cut the one inch pieces with a fork. I love peanuts in a oriental dish and they came chopped and had a fresh flavor also. My meal was priced extremely fair and my waiter Josh came to my table a few times which I enjoy just to check if there was “ anything” I needed. My experience at the Red House will not only be extremely memorable but it will be a regular stop on my way home to Milton whenever I am away. Thank you to the management or owners of this star in the middle of our little town of Milton. Kevin P
