This was my family’s first time dining at this restaurant. I would say Red Hot is very solid choice for north Indian cuisine. My family dined on a Wednesday night and the place was empty until close to the end of our meal when a couple dined in. The quality versus the price is very reasonable.
I would highly suggest all of the dishes we ordered; Cauliflower Manchurian appetizer (dry), palak paneer, chicken makhanwala (butter chicken), garlic naan and buttered naan.
I would say the chicken makhanwala should be a must order. The curry gravy was the highlight. You could just eat the gravy on its own it is that flavorful. The grilled chicken is an added bonus.
The palak paneer had a nice garlic flavor, creamy and very smooth. The cheese has a nice springy texture not too soft or too firm.
The cauliflower Manchurian was well seasoned and contained an well balanced amount of heat. I would prefer a crisper fry but for the flavor I was happy with the overall dish.
The naan was well cooked and tasted freshly made.
All in all I would recommend highly and would definitely return soon for another meal.

The food was very good and flavorful, the employee serving us was very friendly and knowledgeable. 4 stars because they should have fountain drinks with free refills, a can of soda is 2.99, that is 35.00 for a 12 pack of can soda. That is a rip off. But nonetheless I will go back.

Red Hot delivers incredibly flavorful Indian and Indo-Chinese food where ordering “mild” still results in a deeply spiced, aromatic experience rather than a bland one. The chicken lollipops were perfectly executed, and the butter curry paired wonderfully with the fragrant Navratan Pulao. My pickup order was fast and accurate, a testament to their solid operations. The quality easily justifies the excellent reputation they built in McKinney. This is now my definitive go-to spot for Indian food in Allen.

The sizzling chicken was a standout — and I mean actually sizzling when it hit the table. Perfectly cooked, aromatic, and packed with flavor. The chicken momo were delicate, tender, and incredibly tasty. Every dish had bold seasoning that was still balanced and refined, never overpowering.
Portion sizes were generous, and the plating and presentation were visually appealing, which made the experience even better before the first bite.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very courteous, and the food left me genuinely excited to come back and try more of the menu.
