I dont think i ever caught our servers name, I probably just managed to forget but she was super sweet. Short hair and glasses. The food was great! I got the monday special (crab, mussels and shrimp) and it was amazing. Good price for everything that you get too! My boyfriend got the catfish Poboy and he loved it. I wish I took pictures but I was so hungry lol. The drinks were goooood. I forget the name but it was Apple something haha.

The food was fantastic and for filling. I didn’t eat everything I had ordered because the hors d’oeuvre, soup, salad, and appetizers had filled me up before the main course. However the drinks was not tom taste nor liking. I had a drink call “Liquid Marijuana” and it wasn’t a problem with the color it was taste so I decided to add to this what exactly what could be in there that I did not like.

. The “Liquid Marijuana” Cocktail (No Actual Weed)
This is a popular, fruity, neon-green cocktail found in bars, which takes its name from its color rather than its ingredients.
Taste Profile: Sweet, tropical, and fruity.
Key Ingredients: Equal parts Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum (like Malibu), Blue Curaçao, Melon Liqueur (like Midori), Pineapple Juice, and Sweet & Sour Mix.
Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Variations: Sometimes made with Apple Pucker instead of melon liqueur for a more sour-apple taste.

The waitress served the salad w/o fork and dressing and gave us the bill halfway our dinner. Maybe she’s new, i dont know. Other than that, food are great and nice place.

Great seafood restaurant. We all purchased seafood in a bag. I had corn on the cobb, boiled eggs, and broccoli with garlic butter and Cajun seasonings. The flavor was good and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. The others had some type of seafood mix.
We enjoyed the music choices being played along with great conversations.

They also, have a live DJ on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our waitress didn’t miss a beat and was very attentive with the eight of us.

We just made happy hour that was about to end at 6:30 PM.

Would definitely come again if I’m in the area.

Get your latex gloves ready because you are gonna be messy!

We ordered the largest combo and added a few pounds of shrimp and mussels.

We went with all the seasonings (red hook special) and it was delicious!

The crab legs were a little over cooked but everything else was cooked perfectly. The head on shrimp was my favorite item in the boil. The shrimp were huge and the head held so much flavor.

We will be back next time we are in town!

It was good food, it was pricey but it is seafood there were 6 of us we got four meals to share because it’s a lot of food. It was 265 with the mandatory 18% tip when your group is six or more which is fine I actually tipped a little more.

Great venue with outdoor seating, perfect for a summer afternoon. We ordered crab cakes, fried calamari and alligator bites. The crab cakes and calamari were really good, the alligator bites were a bit tough and chewy. Service was ok, staff didn’t seem happy to be working there and weren’t overly friendly. It was an average experience which is disappointing as we were really looking forward to the Red Hook experience.

This was our first visit. We ordered the weekend special boil with the lobster, and let me tell you, this is the happiest I’ve been with a seafood spot in a while.

The flavor on the medium garlic butter was perfect! Right amount of heat without overpowering. Just enough seasoning to bring out flavor without a gang of sodium. The shrimp and lobster were done to perfection. I’m not a huge fan of snow crab because there isn’t much to them usually, but these clusters had plenty of meat. The corn wasn’t over or under done. The gator bites were probably the best I’ve had. Perfect texture and flavor. The fried green tomatoes, yum. I didn’t care for the breading. It needed more flavor and less dryness, but they were good.

Service was a bad start. I mean, “I don’t want to eat here” kind of bad start. Truthfully, some staff seemed young and green. Nothing more training can’t fix. Young people need to learn communication and not just standing around, leaning on counters. And why are they on their phones during shift? There was a redeeming quality after we were seated, Janae (sp?) was the best! She was definitely a busy lady but she was on it. Checked on us regularly and had a great, friendly personality.

Overall, the 3 of us left full and happy. We are excited to have found a regular spot.
