A cozy little diner in downtown Barnwell. I had the Sweetwater, a dressed up club sandwich with sundried tomato pesto. Delicious and big enough for 2. When the server brought it out, I said “that’s huge!” She immediately gave me a to go box. I’ll definitely be back!

Our family visited Red Hill Grill for the first time around 7pm on a Saturday, and we were so impressed! The atmosphere was peaceful, fun, and inviting. We loved the history displayed on the walls, and the branding was such a cool touch — it felt like stepping back in time with a modern twist.
Most importantly, the food was absolutely great! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was full of genuine Southern charm, which made the experience even better.
This is a wonderful business, and we can’t wait to bring our family and friends here when they come into town!

The food was amazing, service was not. They had one guy waiting on everyone and making shakes, taking all orders, cleaning tables, during lunch time and this is too much for one person.
I had the soup of the day and the cuban sandwich, both were very good. The soup was a black eyed pea, pork, corn and spinach. The cornbread roll was like Mom makes.

The service here was absolutely amazing and the food was even better!!! It was HOT and FRESH!!! It wasn’t a long wait and absolutely worth it!! 10/10 definitely recommend!! The Coffee wasn’t the best but the Sweet potato maple bacon biscuit was TO DIE FOR!!!

The Red Hill Grill is fantastic. Great food made fresh to order. Brunch AND dinner were equally tasty! The people here were so nice. They are welcoming and friendly. The Ranch Rebels wall makes for a fun niche thing to set them apart! And the drinks are served in character glasses from my childhood!!!!
I can’t wait to come back to town just to eat here and visit with the locals.

The food was great and it was a wonderful stop while traveling through. We even got a free milkshake because they had made to much when making another one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who lives here or driving through. They even have a juke box where you can play music too!

Food came out hot everything was brought out in a timely manner. The food was very good. The service was great as well our server was very nice, she took good care of my big family of 7 all by herself and she kept up with all of our refills. Overall all my family and I had a great experience. Oh and if you ever get chance try the apple pie you will not regret it.

We stopped in on our way through and the food was delicious! We had “the Red Hill” and “the Best” sandwich & burger and oh my gosh the sweet potato maple biscuit on “the Red Hill” is amazing! Definitely exceeded expectations. The interior is really clean & modern while perfectly balancing the retro atmosphere. We loved all the photos on the wall of what the building & town looked like through the years.

Love the look and atmosphere of this little restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and fresh. They offer a gluten free bun but I think it’s UDIs which is the most crumbly gluten free bun out there I ended up not even eating it because it was falling apart. The burger was good though even without a bun. The chips were delicious and the milkshakes were very good too, served in a lovely milkshake glass. I ordered a chocolate shake with chocolate chips- however after drinking half of it I discovered it was chocolate with Oreos when a bit of unchopped Oreo came through the straw. I have a wheat allergy. I immediately took benedryl but today my body is inflamed and joints aching.
The drinks are served in retro glasses as well which makes for a fun meal.
Overall this is a great restaurant and I’d visit again when passing through the area.

Stopped in for dinner this evening for the first time. Fantastic locally owned and operated downtown diner with a modern menu. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was prepared fresh to order and tasted great. It’s nice to have a place like this for the community to enjoy. Definitely recommend trying it out. You won’t be disappointed.
