Hidden Gem just off the Eastlink.
BBQ cooked to perfection, trendy dining space surrounded by their local produce on the shelves. Rubs & sauces you can sample with your meal (nice touch!) all made onsite with country music playing in the background took me back to my BBQ experiences in the USA. Parking at the front door, kid friendly & lovely service. Highly recommended.

Visited Red Gum BBQ in Seaford after trying the one in Red Hill, the taste and texture are just as amazing! The beef is soft and tender, and the beef tallow chips are delicious. The dessert was also tasty. Great to see the same quality and consistency in both locations!

We enjoyed a delicious brisket burger and loaded chilli fries. Personally I’d say the burgers are slightly small for the price tag but the flavour is awesome. We ordered online and the food was ready when we arrived which was great!

Everyone should try their brisket rolls! it’s da bomb don’t forget to add some jalapenos as well! Gotta try their mac n’ cheese n’ cornbread. Staff service is awesome. Had a great chat with the staff and they were super accommodating of dietary restrictions, tailoring a dish to my needs and were very diligent in checking ingredients to ensure it was dairy and soy free. The food was delicious! I only wish it was open weekends so that I could have a local option to take my bbq obsessed husband after a long week at work!

I probably should have read these reviews before preordering on the website OR maaaaybe they shouldn’t offer an ‘Order online’ service. They hadn’t received the order on their system but were happy to pull it together. Appreciated but annoying when I pre booked to run in and run out with a task list as long as my arm today.

Absolutely disgusting! We ordered a tray of brisket for $200 we were told it was enough for 15 people what a total and utter rip off. The meat was dry not edible. Do not eat here! It’s over priced and disgusting. Glad we didn’t order anything else ! Won’t be back and I Highly recommend not eatting here service is terrible I got a call back a week later to place the order what a joke
