We regularly stop here for carry out. They have carry out styrofoam containers you fill with the food you want. The price is based on the weight at checkout. I have never had a problem with the food. They were voted the best buffet food by channel 11. The prices are reasonable and the selection is extensive/

I’ll be blunt: this place is fantastic! I just happened to be in Elizabethton and saw the Red Ginger in Google Maps. The parking lot does not lie… lots of cars, and obviously lots of happy locals dining there. The buffet was fresh and hot and delicious and constantly replenished. The General Tso’s chicken is REALLY General Tso’s chicken! I would go out of my way to visit again.

Do not even bother trying to eat here. They are closed on random days. Just drove 30 miles for nothing. Will not be eating here ever again after this. The 2nd time this has happened. What restaurant is closed on Saturday it just doesn’t make sense. I was willing to accept the dirty environment and the worn decor because the food was middle of the road to decent. Keyword was, done with these folks.

Love their food especially the sesame balls and coconut shrimp. Buffet is always good and fresh. The lady that runs it is very nice even though she seems hateful but she is just rushed a lot. I was over charged by accident one time and she made it right. It took her a few days to go back to her sales and see but she never told me no that I was wrong because I didn’t have my receipt just bank statement.
