Since I discovered this place three years ago I haven’t been anywhere else. The Red Ginger and Sunflower rolls are 10000/10.

I recently stopped in and had an amazing experience. I tried multiple sushi rolls, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each roll had a nice balance of textures and flavors without being overly heavy.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. They came by regularly to check on us, refill drinks, and see if we needed anything else, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to feel like you’re being looked after without having to flag someone down.
The prices here are also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. They offered some great deals on their sushi rolls, which made it easy to try a few different options without feeling like we were overspending. It’s definitely a place where you get a lot of value for your money.
As for the atmosphere, it’s very easygoing and relaxed. The space isn’t huge, but it’s cozy and comfortable, with a welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy your meal. I also loved the lighting , it’s not too bright or harsh like some places can be. Instead, it’s soft and warm, making it a really pleasant environment to sit and dine in.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be coming back. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out or just craving some really good sushi, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I came here for lunch during work a few months ago and have since made it my regular lunch spot. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is friendly and impeccable, and the food is affordable, delicious, and authentic. Aside from a large variety of every type of sushi you can imagine, they have a number of other dishes. As a vegan, they have plenty of options for me, and I highly recommend the sweet potato roll – it’s my go-to. Stop by for a relaxing lunch break or for a lovely dinner, you won’t regret it!

SAY NO MORE. Best Sushi in downtown Denver! Red Ginger is incredible. Dine-in or takeout are both incredible and the quality and value is unmatched. We live down the street and still strongly favor this place. Look no further! The attached photo was $40 of sushi ordered in-house.. talk about a proper playing!

I always pass by this place, I’ve only tried it once. Based on the reviews I’m reading, it seems like a hit or miss.
I had a great experience tho, the waitress was cool. We brought food in from Chipotle which is next door (because not everyone likes sushi) and they didn’t care.
Ordered the sashimi sampler thing and a couple rolls to try out. The sushi chef brought them out himself. Nice thick slices of sashimi and well put together sushi rolls. Nicely presented, you can tell that man takes pride in his craft.
Dinner was great and inexpensive. The sushi was really good, it wasn’t warm or anything like that.

Really cool restaurant. First time visiting lots of menu items as well as a long list of rolls. We ordered the rainbow roll and miso soup, both were really good. Service was okay, the waitress was a bit preoccupied, took a bit to get our order, so much that we didn’t know if the paper we filled out for rolls we had to take to the sushi guy ourselves, no refills and didn’t come back out until we asked her for the check. We would still try it again since food was good and prices were not bad at all.

This is our second visit. And the food was just as amazing as the first time. The salmon was very fresh and the vegetables are fabulous.
