The staff deserves special recognition for being friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest has a great experience. Service is prompt without feeling rushed, and recommendations are always on point. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality consistently exceeds expectations.
If you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again, Red Fuego is a must-visit in Lehi. Highly recommended.
Just randomly picked this place to try something new. At first we had no clue what it looked like since there were no pictures of the food. There were only two other groups of 4 people in the restaurant.
We about left but then were asked if we needed help (should have been asked the moment we walked in). We said it’s our first time and asked for pictures. They fixed the TV that had them. The food looked good so we stayed and ordered.
I got the half chicken with 2 sides (I chose fries and plantains). The wife chose the Lomo Saltado (pretty much steak fajitas).
Both meals were hot and served quickly.
The thing about this food is it’s not spicy hot. The flavors are there and I found them delicious. I couldn’t eat all the fries and we did have some leftovers to take home.
The prices are about where we are expecting all of them to be these days. You get well worth the money’s worth of food.
I would definitely eat here again.
Half chicken and 2 sides might be able to feed 2 people.
May be a regular spot from now on.
Update: Went here a second time near close and they stilllll gave us everything and let us eat in. The service here is great, I have no idea what these Karens are going on about.
Just wanted something better than fast food. We hit the jackpot at red fuego because the food was made fresh and actually had vegetables in it.Oit meal was absolutely delicious. We have become regular customers and as seniors, my husband and I split an entree which is more than enough food for 2 of us. We are now regular customers and have enjoyed every entree that we have tried.
Got there, only part of the menu I had looked at was available. The girl at the counter was no help, no ideas of what was good or popular. Just stared at us until we ordered. I ordered the 1/4 chicken breast with rice and black beans. Most boring meal ever, although the chicken breast was good. My husband’s sweet potato fries were good.
NOT a great experience. Horrible service.
In the past I’ve always eaten at the Red Fuego in Lehi and have always had the best experience. I can not say the same for the Saratoga location.
Both my son and I ordered the Lomo Saltado and after waiting for nearly 35 minutes and having to track down the teenage cashier who was occupied with her friends visiting her at work, to tell her our order was ready after it sat there for almost 5 minutes in the window, I sat down to eat and realized it was not even remotely close to the amount of meat I usually receive.
I’ve added photos (after I removed the onions and tomatoes away to show just how little meat there is.)
It’s not even just the fact there were 5 pieces of meat. 5 pieces can be a lot if they are thickly cut (which is what I’ve received in the past at the lehi location) but these were very thin slices.
I would expect this at a less expensive place but for $20(including tax don’t come at me) a plate, I was definitely disappointed.
I will still recommend anyone to RedFuego because the food is THAT good but I would advise to only frequent the Lehi location unless something changes at the Saratoga location with the service and the quantity of meat.
