At first glance at the election of ice cream I thought small. I typically always get peanut butter ice cream. They didn’t have it, so i tried showing else. I’ve had cookies and cream before but when I had Red Fox…whoa. It was absolutely awesome. Rich creamy with huge pieces of chocolate cookie. One of the most tastiest, being up in NYC recently and having a gelato for the first time this beats it. If I lived up in NYC I’d drive to Winchester Virginia just to have this ice cream. I was able to meet the owners grandson, who was a nice man told the story how his grandmother makes the ice cream with a high milkfat (how i didn’t botch that) giving it is flavorful burst of holy cow. My kids want to come back way more often. They also are a candy store so be sure to check that out.

We had the most amazing milkshakes here! My husband, son, and I all got different flavors and tried each others and each one was beyond delicious! It was a little pricey but honestly, the serving size is pretty big and they’re really thick too. Totally worth the price. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

This place is darling! You walk in and it has a bakery case with fresh baked cookies, and an ice cream case with lots to choose from in flavors. There is a case with chocolate and truffles. Plus you can have lunch from a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. There is no soda fountain, which I was expecting from the look, you can only get bottled drinks from the refrigerator. They do have some gifts you can purchase. Also there is a seating area for dining. The place was clean unless you looked up and seen the ceiling fan. It was caked in black dust. The food was bland, no flavor, barely even salt and pepper to season. The lettuce on my chicken salad sandwich looked like it was fresher several days ago and I was hoping for something more with the potato soup. I thought it was a little pricey for half a sandwich, small bowl of soup and a bottled soda, which was over $13. If the quality was there it might have been worth the money. This place could become something awesome with a little bit of pizazz in the recipes and quality ingredients. The staff was great and helpful.

2 sundaes for $17. ? A steep price for literally 3 scoops total. Maybe they need to rethink portion sizes..ice cream flavor was meh. We were hoping for rich & creamy. Location was nice though. I added a star for nice faith-filled family-oriented wall decor.

I really wanted some cookies/brownies so first time my husband and I visited this area. While I was waiting in the line my husband needed to go to the bathroom. My husband asked where was the bathroom, a key was needed. The lady told her co-worker that the key was needed, reluctantly the co worker told her to give it to my husband, before she asked if he was a customer. Upon returning the key the lady she told my husband to take it back to the desk in a not so friendly voice. The brownie wasn’t that good not because of the incident. I have had better. Needles to say I will never return to this establishment again, first impressions are lasting. By the way I have no reason to lie about what happened at your establishment. I will just take my business elsewhere to be treated with respect!

I just got the most amazing milkshake from Liz who was so sweet and very welcoming! Her kindness was above and beyond! I got a oreo shake with M&M’s and it was/ is delicious (I am trying as I enjoy) I highly recommend!!

My milk shake was more milk than shake. Reading through reviews it appears there are many milkshake debacles similar to mine. I understand the concept of homemade and being local. But at a $9.49 price point I would not recommend.

Delicious HOMEMADE ice cream! What a treat to find cinnamon flavored ice cream too – very popular in Germany. The staff were very friendly and professional and the store was well appointed and very clean. You could feel the love here. We will be back when in town!

Great creamery in the historic walking mall of Winchester. I lucked out with a mocha toffee crunch flavor. Coffee is always my go-to, toffee crunch is a bonus! It was great!! One of the best coffee ice cream flavors I’ve had – strong, full-bodied. This should’ve been the “Vietnamese Coffee flavor at another ice cream place I went to. The container in the chiller was almost empty and I mentioned that the container might contain the dregs and the lady behind the counter cheerfully suggested that the “dregs might be the best part” and she was right! Lots of toffee crunch in my serving. I might be awake till 3 am but it was so worth it.
