Happened upon this gem & thought it was exceptional. We had dinner, but would like to return for their 3 course lunch for $25.
The shrimp appetizer was a flavor bomb! The hot rolls were pillowy (w/honey pecan cinnamon butter or a fantastic chimichurri sauce). Salads were crisp & fresh w/homemade dressings. My husband’s steak was flavorful & cooked perfectly. The crab cake was a little bready for me (i like to see lump crab), but the flavor was really good. Waistaff was personable, informative, quick & on-point!

We were out in Katy and did a quick Google search for somewhere new to eat and wow, are we glad we stumbled upon Red Flame Grill.
It’s tucked into an unassuming shopping center, but let me tell you: there is nothing unassuming about this place. The food was absolutely amazing; fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. We started with the lobster bisque, which was a solid 10/10. For entrées, the filet medallions were fantastic, and the ribeye tacos completely blew my socks off. We finished with the bread pudding, and it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal.
The cocktail menu is excellent, the wine list is impressive, and every single thing we ordered was spot-on. The service matched the food! Jordan, our server, was absolutely amazing and nailed every recommendation.
If you live in Katy or even 20 minutes away in Cypress, I honestly don’t know why you’re not eating here yet. This place is a total gem, and we will 100% be back.

Cynthia was our server and she was incredible. Best server I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. Truly she made our lunch here exceptional and she deserves a raise or reward for her hard work and commitment to making guest feeling taken care of and catered. She bounced off our humor and explained the menus so well. The food here was very incredible. The seasoning on the steaks and the portions were fair and balanced. I especially loved the temp on the steaks. We asked for medium rare and we got it :). The crème brûlée was a wonderful experience as the server (Cynthia) torched them at our table. That was very fun, and they tasted just as well as they looked.

If you’re looking for a good time with friends or family and want a place that will guarantee you will have one go here and ask for the server Cynthia.

Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. I passed by this place once a week on my way to church and made a reservation through OpenTable. I thought we would be last so 45 mins prior I changed my reservation from 6:15-6:30. We still arrived at 6:15 and was seated right away. From the moment we sat down Neshka was attentive and personable. Would recommend this place to anybody. The atmosphere was quiet but intimate. Thanks for making this a good birthday experience for my husband to remember.

Red Flame has a really good happy hour and I loved their Cheesesteak Cristini as an appetizer. Their Lobster bisque was also very good. I had their Creamy Mushroom porkchop and my wife had the 8oz filet, both were cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back again.

We went for lunch our first time. Nice place, like the decor, staff is friendly. Food is very delicious. We ordered different appetizers & different desserts. Lots of options to choose from. Plus they have happy hour all day on Sunday! We will definitely go back.

Hubby and I decided to try this restaurant after seeing on Houston Restaurant Week. It’s located on the 99 heading South towards Morton Ranch Rd but if you don’t look carefully, you will miss it.

When we walked in, we were greeted and seated at the booth.

My hubby and I decided to order the crab cake for appetizers. The crab cake was smothered with creamy sauce topped with scallops. The scallops were cooked perfectly and tender and crab cake itself was decent but had a little fishy flavor.

The main entree that we ordered was the tomahawk for 2. The waiter had informed us that it came with 4 sides so we decided on baked potato, lobster bisque (recommended by the waiter), mushrooms and zucchini. One thing that we failed to review the sides on the menu carefully and also it would help if the waiter had mentioned an “upcharge” on the lobster bisque or any premium sides since we did not find out until the bill. :-/

The lobster bisque was overwhelmed by tarragon and the texture of the baked potato was a bit hard. I had no issue with the zucchinni or mushrooms.

The tomahawk was cooked medium to our liking but it wasn’t tender enough.

Overall the waitstaff was attentive and we love the warm rolls with pecan butter; also came with a side of chimichurri infused oil to dip. May return to try other dishes if we are in the area.

Red Fleming was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt the incredible hospitality and the warm, upscale ambiance. It was my anniversary so I requested rose petals and guess what, they made it happen!

Daniel, our server, recommended the Tomahawk steak and it did not disappoint — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the sides were on point! The service was top-tier; Daniel was extremely attentive and even surprised us with a free dessert for our anniversary.

This spot is perfect for any occasion — date night, celebrations, or just a great meal. Highly recommend! Check it out!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding. The service was truly next-level—attentive, welcoming, and perfectly timed without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a great dining experience.

The food absolutely delivered. I had the filet, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My husband ordered the pork chops, and they were just as impressive: juicy, well-seasoned, and easily some of the best we’ve had.

This steakhouse nails it on all fronts—exceptional service, delicious food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. We’ll definitely be back and recommending it to everyone we know. ✨

Thursday night steak night was a surprisingly good experience. The steak was fantastic – great quality and perfectly prepared. I normally don’t even get steaks at restaurants because I can do better myself at home. This beat me! We were a little worried about whether we’d like the wine, but it was also very good quality. So in all a great deal. Finally, service was great. Personal and attentive. Our server Nelson was awesome.
