The food was good until this new people started working there. And the food is very poorly made n very less quantity. And when I complain about it. They just try to prove they ate right and we are wrong. Anyway, This was the place I’d go twice a week. But looks like never ordering from this poor place.

Let me tell you about this place. I went here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and I have gone about maybe 5 or 6 times since. Good food, good portions, good price. I got the 4 piece mixed chicken the first time around with the sea captains sauce. That sauce should be outlawed because it is like crack. It’s so good. (Disclaimer: Not literally crack). I’ve also had the chicken tenders which are big enough pieces and the double cheeseburger. Honestly, this place is messing up my diet, but it be like that sometimes.

Ordered the chicken special with fries which was super good! Hush puppies were also great, I was worried they’d be dry but they were done well. Also ordered the shrimp but wasn’t too much of a fan. Overall, we got our food pretty quick and it was still hot!

I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews, I been coming here for years with NO problem at all. Honestly. I come mostly for the lemon pepper wings and fries with the sea captain sauce. The sauce is my favorite part. But tonight I ordered pizza puffs, fries, extra fries, catfish, and gyro. It was really good. Spent $37 and it was totally worth it. I ordered lemonade but they gave me Dr Pepper and sprite instead. No lemonade so that’s my only complaint.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I’ve been calling this store for 3 days straight and no one has answered till today. Once I did get an answer, the guy on the phone didn’t know anything about their menu items and kept putting me on hold to ask another associate questions. The driver pulled into my apartment complex, but did not come to my door. I had to send my husband all the way downstairs to pay for the food and bring it back up. Once I opened it, my chicken and pizza puff was DRENCHED in lemon pepper. It was so much lemon pepper on my soggy, undercooked food that I couldn’t even taste the flavors of the chicken nor the pizza puff. Just lemon pepper….. I am a pregnant mother who was very disappointed in the everything. The customer service, the delivery and the food was just terrible. I did not enjoy it AT ALL. I couldnt eat the food after the first 3 bites. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place. Never again will I waste my money on such a place and I absolutely DO NOT recommend ever eating here. Ever!!!

Food was about an hour late. The wing sauce was the wrong kind. They did give us extra fries which was nice, but just proves they struggle with getting orders correct. All in all the food was below average. The fries were soggy, the sandwich was soggy, and the wings were tiny. I won’t be eating here or ordering food from here again.
Obviously I am disappointed with the food, but my wife called when they were 30 minutes late and was greeted with very rude customer service. The person on the phone said the food would be here “shortly” and then we waited another 30 minutes. All in all I was unhappy with my experience.

I have ordered from this place a few times always with a lot of time in between. Today I ordered wings bc my usual chicken joint (the competing restaurant) did not have wings. So, I came back here bc it is the only other place where I can get 6 wings with mild sauce. Today, I realize I will never order from this place again. The food has a weird taste, no matter what you order it tastes like some sort of seasoning that someone who works here thinks it is a good idea to put on literally everything. It has to be a seasoning blend, but it’s too much. I asked for fresh wings. Of course the sent the wings that were made hours ago and probably put them back in the frier for a few minutes as if I wouldn’t know. Horrible! Even the burgers are bad here, and of course they use that seasoning on them too. Basically, save your money. This place is doesn’t even try to make good food. No effort at all.

I ordered the pizza puff meal, which comes out to 6.33 incl. tax. The meal comes with 2 puffs & fries. The pizza puffs were undercooked but still had good flavor. The fries are just soft and soggy, definitely not happy about that. I most likely won’t be returning.

The food was mediocre, but the service was terrible.
They forgot an item with my delivery.
When I called to tell them this, the guy who answered the phone was uninterested and abrupt.
He told me they were out of the item.
Of course, they could have let me know that when I ordered rather than take my money for something they did not have.
After I pressed this disinterested person they said they would refund a portion of my bill.
They never did.
It makes me sad to have a local place where I cannot go because they don’t understand even the basics of how to deal with a customer.
I am sad and disappointed with this place and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I always order through EatStreet which is great btw. I ordered 6 Wings. They and the delivery was fast. The wings weren’t that good. They didn’t taste like they had been seasoned at all. The fries were good though.
