It was our first, and now last time eating here. There were a handful of diners there yet, after self seating, it took about 15 minutes for someone to just bring us menus and take drinks order. It took so long for our food to come, I was about to just cancel the order and go elsewhere. Once I mentioned that, the food came and it didn’t appear appetizing. The fries had a borderline old taste to them. One of the sandwiches looked thrown together, the pizzas were greasy. Just an overall unsatisfied experience.

This is a self seating establishment. We sat in a booth close to the bar. The place was relatively empty, and the bartender saw us come in. She was interacting with a customer at the bar and playing on his phone… for about 10 mins. We had decided to leave after a trip to the restroom. A server coming in to work noticed we had not been helped yet. She came up to our table after she put her backpack away and asked if we had any service yet. We replied that we had not. She then told the phone wielding bartender to help us. Then, over comes the obviously annoyed bartender. Drinks we ordered and we decided to stay. Drinks took a while… no big deal. 30 mins in, we order appetizers. I was excited for the boom boom shrimp, but it was less than desirable. They are fully breaded, and the tails are left on. The first one was quite crunchy . Nachos and wings were cold . However, the cheesecake bites were fire . I will give it another chance with a different server/bartender.

Took the grandkids for pizza. It’s very disappointing. Not very many people in the place and it took forever to get our food. We only got the pizza in order to pretzel put the pretzel never came. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for anything. The pizza wasn’t all that great. Can’t say for the pretzel and never got it

We were seated, and waited 30 minutes for someone to come get our drink order. Then, I was a party of 3, and everyone was brought their food, no one said anything about mine. So as I sat there at 30 weeks pregnant watching everyone else eat, no one came back to our table, for almost 30 minutes. After the two I was with finished eating, I got up to get a manager, which was a task all its own. We were only one of two tables in the dining section of the main floor, by the way. I told the assistant manager what was going on, and he was just like “well I’ll take off the salad.” No apology, no reaction, he practically brushed me off so he could return to joking with everyone in the kitchen. Very poor experience.

We waited at our table for a full 20 minutes. Not a single server came to help us. We eventually got up and left. It seemed like none of the servers wanted to be there.

Great place for a party,a lil on the expensive side and if its ur 1st time there it takes a few minutes to figure out the bowling situation, they could use a lil more assistance in that area but over all we had a great time and great food*;)

Judging this place separately from the bowling alley and arcade, which is sort of difficult to do…. The service is pretty good, but not great. Ordering through the app is a bit impersonal and we definitely had to flag a server down for drink refills. Most of the food is acceptably average and fairly reasonably priced. The tater tots were A+, but the pizza was pretty awful. I wasn’t expecting anything special, but a $15 16″ cheese pizza should taste… just taste. I can literally say nothing positive about it. I would never (ever) go here just for the restaurant, but if you are there for the other activities, it isn’t bad. I do wish they offered more larger shareable items for multiple people or larger parties.

Decent food and atmosphere. Service is good as well, attentive and always checking to make sure you have everything. Prices are about average for a place such as this that is paired with a bowling alley and gaming arcade. The food is delicious and the menu has plenty of options.

Absolutely horrible experience! We used to absolutely love coming here the service was always fantastic and the food is great! We came here on a Friday night with some friends and the whole “scanning the cod on the table ordering system” does not work at all nobody could take our order we stood at the bar for probably 25 minutes just to make an order! Very frustrating!! Not a single person in there knew how to make an order from scanning the code on the table.
It took a while but got our food. Food is still very good. There’s no waiters or waitresses so you can’t get anything without having to go up to the bar to ask for it which takes forever when there’s one bartender serving everyone. We asked for our drinks 3 times and never got them untill we were way past being done eating. Drinks were disappointingly weak.
The next day I noticed I was charged way more than what I purchased. I called and they said that they would call me back and no one has returned my call.
Needless to say, unfortunately, we will not be back anytime soon.
