I had an “off” experience here recently. I ordered the chicken wonton tacos, which I’ve ordered before, but they were made very differently than usual. My friend ordered stuffed French toast, instead of being stuffed with cream cheese, they used yogurt. The only items they mentioned being out of that day was the Philly cheese steak egg rolls, so we definitely didn’t expect altered items. It wasn’t bad, just not what was expected so a bit disappointing, especially since I was treating my friend from out of town.

Had the Salmon Pesto. As soon as I walked in Lauren was on it, had my Milk Stout before I sat down. Moments later I was enjoying my meal. This place is a little hidden gem.

If you haven’t tried the Red Door you need to! The breakfast is by far the best in Clovis. The Chef did an outstanding job. Hash browns are delicious. We have ate here several times, always surprised in how good our meal is. The service is always great. Highly recommend!

This was a very stylish yet historic place with a nice atmosphere and lovely waiters. The architecture at this location was pretty and the patio had a certain feel that was welcoming and nice to hang out in. The food was enjoyable, and the mango lime ice cream was a bold but enjoyable decision. Overall I loved coming here and would visit again.

Come here pretty often. I like how consistent the food and atmosphere are; it’s a nice place to take your family for a quick lunch and the evenings sometimes have fun things planned. The people who work here are nice and it’s nice to have a place to come hang after work. Overall very nice.

Margarita tasted like pure lime juice—so much so I couldn’t finish it. The sweet fire burger was alright but dry and lacked actually flavor. Fry portions seemed a bit smaller than pictured on Google photos. Seasoned fries had no seasoning. Cheese curds were alright but didn’t have the Italian seasoning on top like described. We were excited to try their food but sorely disappointed.

Came to check it out, I am impressed at the staff. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful. We did bring a toddler, but there is nothing in the menu for kids or younger children. The place is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, but the paper towel dispenser wasn’t working at this time. We had some drinks and appetizers. They were very tasty and different. The jalapeños and pickle strips were very good, not enough but tasty, pricey for the amount on the platter, and the raspberry sauce was exceptionally flavorful My favorite is the philly egg rolls and the beer cheese sauce. Great tasting mixed drinks. We just loved them. We will return without kids to try other items.

We gave this place a second chance after a similar first experience. We were advised by the waitress that many menu items were unavailable. We ordered after the waitress told us what they did have only to have her come back and tell us more than one item we had ordered was not available. The chicken sandwich was under seasoned, the wanton tacos had very little filling, and the batter on the cheese curds was over salted. The wait time was long with few customers. There seemed to be no sense of urgency, enthusiasm, or care. Left disappointed and underwhelmed.

Food was hot and fresh. The drink in the photo (forgot the name) and the strawberry prickly pear lemonade were great!
My husband and I were traveling in on business from out of town and were recommended to try out Red Door. He ordered the Sweet Fire Burger and I enjoyed the Green Chile Enchilada Burger. Both burgers had great/soft and well seasoned patties. I could of used more green chile but no knock on the flavor at all. Multiple textures in my Burger and the fries were crispy. Great house ranch. I grew up in Clovis and so happy to see more restaurants with modern vibes like this popping up. I’ll say, maybe TV isn’t part of the Red Doors vibe but would have loved to have the game on while eating some good food! Service was perfect. Loved her recommendations.
I look forward to trying some other stuff on the menu on my next visit.

Walk in no one greeted us. No menu available either no one came to our table all night. No beer menu in a brewery thought that was strange. So I walked to the bar asked what brews and types or beer they had available and it was my first time here i was told local new mexico beer. ..ok that helps.. not really.. not told what types of brews or alcohol contents nothing. So I just asked for an amber after about a minute my “cup” was served then I was asked if I wanted to close my tab? So I said sure I wasn’t about to get anything else after that point. So I waited about 3 minutes just to pay for that 1 drink for my party because I did not want to try to guess what was available and to be treated like I didn’t belong there. They had a comedian who was more hospitable than the people working there. During the comedians set he was talking about how he had to stay in a trash hotel and I thought don’t they have an air bnb here and at that time one of the workers shouted to the performer we have an air bnb upstairs to wich he replied yes I tried to book it and got no response. And I thought hmmm I not the only one I see. The performer was more hospitable to the patrons than the staff. He actually greeted to everyone as they came in during his performance. Wow this was a crazy night. I was thinking of returning the Saturday but after the night. I was like why.
