Small shop with limited selection. What I had was good but I’ve had much better donuts. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Couple tables to sit and a nice couch area. If you wanted donuts and were they get the job done.

Welcoming addition to location. Service was very friendly. Donuts are fresh and yummy. However, it’s a small shop with a very limited variety. So we were a little underwhelmed with the selection. Most are glazed, which are hard for some of us to stomach. Would be nice to see some filled, plain, and/or not too sugary varieties.

I was in this establishment on December 31,2025, the young lady at the counter at the cash register was not really that friendly her customer service skills are not good and she seemed irritated and just did not PROVIDE a WELCOMING FEELING towards me, doughnuts thrown in a brown paper bag, when I gave my husband his doughnut which was raspberry filled he asked me why the donut felt so HEAVY, I he took one bite and REFUSED to eat the rest the lady at the counter put the hole darn jar of raspberry inside the donut talking about an OVERKILL…,MY husband wouldn’t eat his, I have never felt a donut that heavy. I tried mines which was raspberry filled also, I had to just cut it open and eat the bread around all that RASPBERRY FILLING. The raspberry filling OVERPOWERED THE BREAD.. even after I ate their bread exterior of the donut I still had ounces of raspberry filling left on my plate, it was REDICULOUS. SOMEONE needs to give the young lady at the counter filling the donuts a LESSON in the PROPER PREPARATION OF FILLING DONUTS WITH JAMS.. I WANT BE BACK..

It was OKAY! Very limited selection and was disappointed that they did not have the chocolate filling available at this location. The girl that serviced us was nice but her booty shorts were so short that it looked like she had nothing but a t-shirt on….VERY INAPPROPRIATE! Needless to say that I will NOT be stopping at the Welcome location again but yet I am happy to say I will stick with the LEXINGTON location, in which I LOVE IT THERE! 10 STAR for the Lexington location ❤️

The donuts are so fresh and delicious. They are fluffy and you can tell they are handmade and not old. I also love the girl who helped me, she was so sweet. The ability to get your donuts filled right in front of you is so awesome. Overall highly recommend, love having a great donuts so close to home.

This shop is great, it’s like I remember as a kid, so many to pick from. I got a couple of almost everything. The staff greeted me with a smile and were so sweet and helpful, I know they got up very early to make the donuts. I hope everyone is the area supports this. Business.

I love there doughnuts. Even better than Krispy Kreme. They have different flavors and they will fill any kind with several flavors. There stores are strategically placed all around. I moved to Lexington and there’s one right down the street as there was when I lived in Winston. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I stumbled upon this treasure last weekend when my mom was visiting. The place is so cool looking & the girl up front was super nice. I can’t even explain how happy we are to have you guys closer to us! We’ve already been 3 times. Whoops! Thanks guys for the fresh, perfect donuts every single time!

Whoever delivered the product Saturday sent the longjohns to Denton. I went by to purchase some for my wife Saturday morning and there were none. Employee said they were ordered but went to Denton but went by this morning and they had some so my wife was happy. They are always friendly but you can’t sell what you don’t have. Store employees were not at fault.
